Shipping and Customer Service are terrible
I placed an order 10 days ago and paid $30 for expedited 2-day shipping. Multiple emails later, and I was given a tracking number for a parcel sent to another state. They have since refunded my shipping fee, but I still don’t have the product and they refuse to process a refund. I have zero hope of it arriving.

Terrible at responding to inquiries!
Placed an order by credit card but noticed I didn't get any confirmation order number nor did it ask me for an email address on checkout. I check with my credit card company two days later and saw the pending g transaction. I tried a number of different ways of contacting the vendor but got zero response from them. Checked with my cc company today and I see that I've now been charged the amount but I have yet to hear from the vendor. What's going on??!?**Update 1/3/25**After disputing the purchase with my credit card company, I received the product the next day (about 7 days after ordering it). I give the company props for their prompt shipping but everything else I stated regarding my experience remains true. (Note: I DID remove the dispute on the charges with my credit card company). Would I use them again? Probably not.

This place is 100% great!
This place is 100% great! It's so hard to find fish antibiotics now. I paid for priority shipping and they upgraded me to fedex for no reason at all! I placed my order on December 18th and received it December 21st. How's that for customer service! My bottles were well packaged and sealed tight and I will definitely order from here again.

SPAM COMPANY sending never-ending emails. To stop it, you can send a cease and desist demand letter by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in California as well as the state's attorney.SAMPLE cease and desist letter.Subject: Legal Notice – Demand for Immediate Cessation of Unsolicited Email CommunicationsTo Whom It May Concern,This correspondence serves as a formal legal notice.I did not consent to receive email communications from this company; 'thefishantibiotics' Nevertheless, they have repeatedly sent unsolicited commercial emails to my address multiple times per week. Despite marking these messages as spam and attempting to stop delivery, this company has continued to send emails, often using alternate sending addresses, which appears to be an effort to evade filtering and opt-out enforcement.I hereby demand the following:1. Immediate and permanent removal of my email address from all mailing lists, databases, and systems controlled by 'thefishantibiotics' or any third party acting on their behalf.2. Written confirmation that such removal has been completed.3. CAUTION pic do NOT match, not 100 pills in big bottle just 30 the rest is cotton!!
Well your a drop shipper so , im gonna guess your using the pic showing a BIG bottle that holds 100 pills, but someone TRIPPLED THE $$ made a new label took out pills from the 100 size bottle and put ONLY 30 in that BIG ASS BOTTLE change the price & send people a cupon for 85% off cause that how much your RIPPING people off!!!!!!!!! And a coupon for this review
