I wish I have read the reviews I found here before. Tomorrow I will have to call my bank. They charged my 44€ for something I didn't buy and now they say that they can only refund half of it. The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They basically are burglars stealing people disguised as an online shop.

TheDinerRoom is the most unorganised, fraudulent and negligent online shop that I have ever experienced and they do not care about the clients!My advice is, do not shop in their online shop!

Ordered 6 bottles fabric softener took 3 weeks to arrive. badly packed, misleading shipping date
We ordered 6 bottles of inexpensive fabric softener through a Dutch website for thedinerroom and it turned out this was the site of a Spanish company and that all goods get delivered from Spain, so never fast.In addition, although we ordered it on April 5, and thw vendor supplied a supposed shipping link, it turned out that no tracking updates were appearing. So we had to remind teh vendor of not receiving this package. After the reminder suddenly the package seemed to move towards us but in reality what happened is that the vendor had finally shipped it 15 days late as could be seen in the date of their shipping document which said April 20 as shipping date not April 5. Ultimately it arrived 3 weeks after purchase in a poorly packed soft cardboard box with dents in the bottles as it was not well protected. Never again.

Unfriendly business ethics
I had asked to cancel my membership. The agents said it was canceled and to use my remaining credits before they expired (88euros worth). I did and canceled my subscription from my end just to be sure. Then a few days later I was charged again (44euros). I asked to be refunded and went again to cancel my subscription (not even sure how it was reactivated). This is the most irritating customer experience I've ever experienced and will take it up with my bank to claim my money back and hopefully block them for good from accessing my card. Disguisting business ethics, to say the least!

HORRIBLE TRAP
HORRIBLE TRAP. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL COST. They sign you up to some "membership" when you purchase anything from them without your consent and knowledge and then charge you for "credits" - moreover, they charge you for CANCELLATION €5 and then they claim all of it was agreed with you when you agreed to their T&C's - I NEVER seen company using such a filthy ways to steal customers money!!! THEY ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH!!

SCAM ARTISTS - do NOT buy anything from this place.They fraudulently sign you up to a membership scheme, steal money from your account every 2 weeks. AND their products are an absolute piece of crap. The toilet roll stand I bought was covered in marks and rust. Absolute criminals who have caused a lot of stress to a lot of people.

I was aware enough of the member scam…
I was aware enough of the member scam they tried so I chose the normal price to avoid it. But 2 payments failed. Thankfully I used a CVV2 (you should call you bank to learn what it is). It's actually another 3 digit code you have normally on the back of your card. The difference is that CVV2 is new for every payment you make online so that way they don't copy all your card info and you don't get scammed. I am slovak and I have it, so it's in every bank I guess. Check it and make your surroundings aware. Never got a refused payment with my card so I don't trust this website.

It's a CHEAT! The website looks OK but it's NOT. You buy something from them and they automatically subscribe you for a VIP membership which allows them to charge you 38 Euro every 2 weeks. They didn't even manage to deliver the item I bought from them and still they charged me for the membership and profit from it, FRAUD

It's a cheat! The website looks OK but it's NOT. You buy something from them and they automatically subscribe you for a VIP membership which allows them to charge you 38 Euro every 2 weeks. Most likely by clicking on agreeing to conditions I also signed for the membership, who is reading 2 pages of conditions, they profit from it, cheaters. Don't know yet if I will manage to cancel the membership, the telephone line is not responding, only continuous message to stay in line, and online it's not responding either. Don't know if I will really receive the item I bought.
