Rick was a pleasure to deal with. We had a leak and messaged him that evening and he’d responded by 8.30am the next day, fitting us in for a visit later in the afternoon. He sorted our problem and was very affable, reliable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Couldn’t ask for better and would highly recommend. And I’m not easily pleased…
I first hired Rick via checkatrade but now have used his services on multiple occasions (Oil Boiler Service, Heating Pump Repairs, Central Heating Cleaning, stop tap replacement and a new on-suite shower install) and every time he has done an outstanding job! He’s honestly the only person you need for all things plumbing!
Conscientious, skilful, knowledgeable, careful and professional, reliable – all the attributes you would want in a heating engineer/plumber. Rick has them all, I have seen many craftsmen in over 50 years of adult life and have never had a better experience than with Rick – The boiler chap. A truly outstanding engineer.
What an exceptional service from a local boiler specialist! We needed someone to inspect, test, service and advise on our Nan's boiler.
