I ordered a cue on feb 21st. It's march 11th and the tracking has said "waiting to be picked up" since. I asked for a refund.. this is way beyond ridiculous.

U didn't honor sale price for Muecci…
U didn't honor sale price for Muecci shaft when it came back in stock. Was sent an email saying was back in stock at sale price, ordered. A day or 2 later recieved a merchant refund, when asked why your response was your computer sent notice out before you could raise price from original sale price.

I ordered a few Jade tips
I ordered a few Jade tips. Had them sent usps. They were here in 5 days so not bad but usps wouldn't deliver them to my house. So I contacted the Billard Bay company left a message and within couple hrs they contacted me back.. They went out of their way to send them 2 days UPS on their dime.. Great ppl and will Definitely be buying and doing my business with a stand up company!
