I love my ring, customer service could be better
I love my ring! However I paid for engraving but it is so small I can’t see it. I also had issues with shipping. I received no communication on delivery. Considering it requires a signature and the customer is unable to make changes to the date or address the company should have some interaction with the customer. I received an email with an ETA. I had to make changes to make sure someone could sign. I then get an update that it was going to arrive sooner than expected, I had to call ART OF JEWELs to change the delivery location, then got another update that I would be after. I called ART OF JEWELs back to change the address back to my house and was told I can only make 1 change. They refused to help me and were very rude.

I saw a ring on the AOJ site that I loved, but wanted a few modifications, so I was encouraged to create a custom ring, and I’m so happy with the result! I was able to view and select my own diamond and discuss exactly what I wanted over the phone. Adi was very kind and helpful and gave great advice and suggestions. The CAD was sent to me and approved quickly. The only “hiccup” was a bit of a delay in creating my ring. There was a winter storm that shut down the facility for a week and this was right between the Christmas/New Years and Valentines rush. I’m not bothered at all by the delay, just would have appreciated better communication during the waiting period. However, the customer service was incredible. Every person I spoke with was very kind, helpful, and apologetic. Lindsey, Sara, and Taylor were all great to work with. But, most importantly, when I received my custom engagement ring (an upgrade for me), I was blown away! I cannot stop looking at my hand. The sparkle is out of this world. They really listened to my requests and what I was hoping for- what elements were most important to me. The craftsmanship is top notch. I even took my ring to a local jeweler to have it inspected and was told how lovely it is. I truly could not love it more!! I’m so in love with my ring and I would recommend AOJ to anyone without hesitation. If you’re like me and doing research, skeptical of purchasing jewelry online, wondering who to go with and trust for such a big and important purchase, I am telling, from my own experience, you won’t regret working with The Art of Jewels.

After reading reviews mentioning thin settings, Linda explained that each setting includes exact specifications on the website, including the band width. She advised me to be certain of my preferred width before ordering. I found the 1.8 mm measurement under the "Summary" section, but since I wasn't sure what that meant, I called again. Linda was very helpful in explaining the differences in width and what is considered a delicate ring.Based on her advice, I chose a 2 mm band. When the ring arrived, the clarity and finish were remarkable. It is delicate yet sturdy, and I absolutely love it.

The customer service is awful. My order was supposed to ship in two weeks and it has now been four. There was no communication on the delay. I have reached out several times to be told it will ship next week. Would not recommend.

Poor quality Ring. The lab created diamond looks fake not like a diamond and the gold does not reflect the quality of 18 karat gold I paid for and requested. Comparing this to my 14 karat gold band and some 18 karat gold I have. The band is so thin and not as pictured. This review is for Art of Jewel. Returning item.

I've been searching for a right-hand ring for nearly 5 years. Yes, 5 years and would never pull the trigger. I learned so much about diamonds and I put so many rings together, I couldn't decide! Finally, I found the Kathleen platinum setting (my mom's name) and a gorgeous 3.51 carat hearts and arrow stone and put it in my cart...it's absolutely stunning. I love it and the process from start to finish was so easy. I loved all the status updates! Thank you, Art of Jewels, for helping me honor my mom as well as making me feel like a princess (at a fantastic price to boot)!

I decided to gift myself an upcoming 50th birthday present... which isn't until Oct. 2026. What began as some casual diamond shopping, quickly became an obsession! AOJ's website is so intuitive and very user friendly. I made myself a really gorgeous ring after carefully selecting a diamond and added it to my cart! I looked at it daily but was feeling shy about making the purchase...also, I figured I had time since my birthday isn't for another year! Well...one day, I logged in and the diamond I had selected sold!! I was devastated and I thought, if I feel that way about this I should not wait for "next time!" I searched until I found a 4+ carat, near perfect round brilliant and I did not wait!!!! I did have some questions - which were handled promptly and professionally and I bought it! I was concerned the band of the setting I wanted would not be substantial enough for a 4-carat diamond. They easily remedied this by increasing the band from 1.8 mm to 2 mm at no extra charge. This was just a no brainer! If you're on the fence, don't be. This has been a wonderful experience, and my ring is g o r g e o u s!

Cost gouging returns and terrible customer service
I called customer service to inquire about getting my item a few days earlier than the usual production time. The rep said no problem as long as I pay for expedited shipping. The ring didn’t work for me and when I go to return it, I’m told it’s a 20% restocking fee which is a lot of money on a 2 carat eternity band. Customer service didn’t mention a thing and the 20% restocking fee is embedded many paragraphs deep in the fine print. The top of the return policy states worry free returns. Well my experience has been very disappointing. I would highly recommend avoiding this business. *** written after the business responded to my review. I think a business is very disingenuous when they embed large fees very deep into fine print on a return policy. The 20% restocking fee is in the THIRD paragraph of tiny print return policy. It took me almost 10 minutes of searching to find it. Also, no where does it say eternity bands are non returnable so again, this business is bad news acting like they’re doing me a favor taking back my order when they have a “worry free, no questions asked” return policy. There are so many wonderful jewelry wholesalers on the internet who will treat you much better. Buyer beware!

I ordered my wife a stunning 3 Carat Oval stone mounted with a 2 carat setting. The ring is so beautiful, I had help selecting just the right stone from your lab professionals. Even though it took little longer to receive it than advertised, it was so worth the wait!
