Don't buy plant because they can't order plant on time and all plants are damaged. And no body received call or not replying in online chate and no WhatsApp place

Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. They did not deliver the order within their delivery time frame and when I asked for a refund of my order, they kept ignoring my request. They have basically forced me to take the order that I asked them to cancel because their service was bad. I was not going to be able to receive the reshipped order because I dont live in India full-time and they have pretty much stolen my money at this point.

theaffordableorganicstore is scam!!!
I ordered some powders from them there is no tagging on product to identify them. Instead of neem powder they sent neem oil rather than resolving this mess they are just casually asking to share photos and offering "discount code". they are not running business but Scam..

Fraudulent customer service no intent to listen to the customer
I had placed an order online for 474 rupees and once the money was debited I did not get an order number the payment page showed up again so I made the payment again and I did not get the confirmation. It was showing as a double debit on my credit card so I emailed them with the screenshot the executive Archana replied she will revert in 24-48 hours and I got an order number . Which I shared and requested them to refund the second debit . On 8th oct after checking there was no refund I emailed them again and got no reply for a day then I get an email from them saying that two orders and despatched . For an order which was placed on sept 28th till October 10th I have not received any delivery. Since I emailed them on 8th oct asking to refund one debit they instantly made it also as an order and said nothing can be done both are despatched. I have purchased numerous times and they have had small issues now and then . But this is the worst mistake for someone who still shops from them . Never buying again from such a scamming company

Extremely Disappointed – No Response or ResolutionI placed an order (Order ID: 873298) and was dismayed to receive several plants in a damaged and dead condition. I promptly reached out to the company on September 14, 2025, providing detailed unboxing videos as evidence.Despite multiple follow-ups via email, phone calls, and the AI support bot, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment or resolution. It is deeply disappointing to experience such poor after-sales support, especially after taking the time to document the issue clearly.Furthermore, even my Google review has gone unanswered, reflecting a concerning lack of accountability and customer care.Regrettably, I no longer have confidence that this matter will be addressed, and this experience has severely undermined my trust in the company’s service standards.— Shirley Pereira

Unprofessional
My experience was completely disappointing with them. The only thing that I am happy with is the watermelon pepperomia i received. had ordered saffron crocus, when I received then they were one- fourth the size as shown in images and the problem with that is even if they flower it won't even flower for years with that size. The spring onion seeds did not germinate. I had ordered a calla lily corm, I planted it the day I received it and now that it has a new leaf, it is a caladium not a calla lily. To spend so much time and energy and to get the results is not fine. I gave them a review regarding this and though they did reply I don't think anything is going to be resolved. In fact they have also deleted my review. A page which doesn't even keep it's bad reviews is definitely not worth any time or money. If anyone chooses to buy from them it's obviously upto you but right now I think that I should have paid more attention to the reviews I saw before ordering.

I had placed and order for plants and the order was not delivered. When I requested for refund there was no response. Every time you send them a mail you get a standard response, your issue has been escalated and they will neither refund the amount nor deliver the order. NEVER BUY ANY PlANTS from them

Lisianthus seedlings and Crocus (saffron) Bulbs
Have purchased 2 lisianthus and 2 crocus (saffron) bulbs.Lisianthus was a seedling with just 4 leaves with a height of approx. 1 cm which was in half dead condition wasn't worth buying nor worth sending on the part of Affordable Organic Stores.Crocus bulbs received were also approx 1 cm dia, which are actually new baby bulbs which are not matured. How will they satisfy a gardener with such D grade supplies. Pay a little extra and fulfill requirements by buying matured plants from a local nursery instead of falling prey of great ads and assurances of Affordable Organic Stores

I amproviding an excerpt of the complaint lodged with the store.the store is yet to address my complaint.I ordered 2 kg of coco peat soil( 2 kg buy 1 get 1 free) but I have received only 2 bags of soil each 500 gmsKindly respond at the earliest as I have not unpacked the plants which may die.Follow up mailMadam ArtiI am very disappointed with the way you are handling my complaint.First of all it is your mistake and I have to do the hard work of taking the unboxing video and send it to youI am a working person and do not have time for such gimmicks. I have already set you a photo of the package and the contents. It is upto you to imagine whether another 2 packets of 500 gms of soil can be fit into it.Secondly there are live plants in 4 packets which I have not yet unboxed. I mentioned this in my earlier mail. You want me to send the unboxing video and then escalate the matter to your senior. Your process will kill the baby plants in the meanwhile.Thirdly I would have appreciated a phone call from your end to close the complaint. A WhatsApp number wherein I could take up the matter for a time bound solution.If you check my history I have ordered plants from you earlier also.Kindly refund my money or take back your items.Rest assured I am not going to purchase anything more from you and I will paste my complaint as a review on your siteExpecting you to do the needful by tomorrow morning.Still no response from the store

Terrible plants and worst customer Care
My first order was for 3 plants which were good though saplings were small. Then I ordered more plants which were delivered in a terrible condition. The delivery transit took almost 6 days. Plants were rotten by the time it arrived. For money plants they just send single node sapling! Worst part is no one responds to your mails, chat is dead, they always divert to mails which no one responds to.

There services are too bad
There services are too bad, they dont even reply over mail, I have followed up with them multiple times but there is no update. Earlier they have delayed my order then after multiple follow up when i have received the order i got it in damaged condition. I would never recommend anyone for this page

Customer services is worst. plants not survive. when contact to customer care - they are not ready to accept their bad service . if you are looking for quality plants online then this is not the place to buy them. Serach someone much better .....

Complete no no..!! Plants very small & weak..hardly survive. Purchased 6-7 times, regret..hardly 3-4 plants survived of whole 20-25 plants purchased.Seeds never grow.. Sage, rosemarry ,kesar, basil varieties etc non ever grew.products are costly when compared with quantity send.customer care poor.. no refund, no cancellation ..they ask dead plants weekly photos.. bad experience, lost hard earn money.

The plants are tiny babies. To save them you must be a master of plants. But if you can then this is the best place to buy.

Not worth it
It's not worth it to buy the plant samplings from them. I have made purchases for more than 20 samplings but only 5 have survived. They plants are tiny and survival rate is extremely low. It's better to purchase from local nurseries and get a better healthy plant. Even for damaged plants, they offer coupons and not any refund. I'm done with them now.
