Brand New TV Broke in 20 Days – No Support, Only Excuses
Kardzhali, Bulgaria. The TV broke shortly after purchase. Customer service says “you are a priority” without even knowing who you are — just empty words. Zero support, zero responsibility. In the store, the seller said “complain to whoever you want.” Faulty products, extra costs, and total disrespect for customers. Avoid this place. I ordered a TV online and it broke after only 20 days of use. When I contacted the store, they refused a refund and only offered repair. For a brand new product, this is unacceptable and increases the risk of the same problem happening again. The support was unhelpful and unclear. I would recommend being very careful before buying from this store.

Do Not Use Tehnopolis BG cheap is always expensive
What a terrible experience and totally rude customer service. My dad's xiomi 99% not working and is still within warranty; however after keeping it 3_4weeks in "service" the expert "repairmen" diagnosed it to be working OK and our claim is in void. Only in Bulgaria you are treated like nothing absolutely disgraceful and disgusting customer service experience. The chap from the silistra ofis called and said we can go to police if we want to complain and we will pay nearly 1lv per day for keeping the phone till we collect. Who pays our inconvenience for without a phone for nearly a full month??Who pays me now for my time writing this review from my own phone since my dad cannot use the bloody xiomi9a that constant is frozen on a white screen?Tehnopolis you can do better I hope.

Unfortunately I cannot say anything positive. They keep the products on the shelf without price tags. When you want to buy it, it is already sold out, even if it was last night available in the shop system and not available as the online available product. Additionally the selling personal has no idea about promo actions, pretending they are not available. If i were @Beko representative, I would be thinking twice to have such business partner. Strongly not recommending.

E-shop is awful -Ordered washing machine
Ordered washing machine, 1. order was not created but payment was successful. 2. Support was no able to check my order 3. Web support send me email to send them payment documents. 4. 8 day later order was confirmed.5. Confirmation mail contains phone - not answering 6. 10 days still wait to deliver this washing machine. For this time this mashine will be delivered to address from Germany. This is epic fail.

Do NOT order from them! I bought a super expensive TV from them which came with clear signs of use! The protective screen tape was missing, there were batteries in the remote and also there was a sign of it being on a stand. They of course did not admit that the TV was not brand new. Absolute scammers! There are a few other competitors which you can buy from - do NOT buy from Technopolis!

Customer service not responding
Customer service not responding. More than 5 calls looking for support without success. Only 1 call was answered by employee of the Tehnopolis online shop and got an answer that he has no idea about the products they are selling. If you have technical question or need advice you need to visit a store.

had problem with a surly delivery person which was straightened out with a supervisor. however, when i emailed the company with the details, i received neither acknowledgment nor response. unfortunately typical of large bulgarian companies which don't care about customer satisfaction knowing that price drives their business.

Purchased a faulty hot water boiler
Purchased a hot water boiler, it was found to be faulty on installation. Having taken the boiler back to where it was purchased I was told that the problem was mine and to call the manufacturer direct. I expected the boiler to be changed with another, a refund offered or a at least fixed in store however no such was offered. Their approach to me was something to be desired, very poor customer service skills if any at all. Consumer protectionism totally violated. Have no words for this company although for those thinking of visiting Technopolis in Yambol think again and go elsewhere, steer clear of this company.

I bought a fan online. After receiving it I immediately noticed (I have assembled many fans) that the iron tube that needs to go in between the bottom stand and the fan itself was missing. It is not inside the bottom part, not inside the top part. And not separate in the box. I also tried if the parts might fit together without the tube. They don't. Another part, the tap to hold the fan, doesn't screw (the screwthread is damaged).I contacted their support of Technopolis. Photos included. The answer, "I have to go to a shop so they can assemble it for me" (in other words, I am too stupid to assemble it myself). Sorry, I am not going to a shop after buying something online, so I told them this. Only to get the answer to how to assemble it. Talking about the iron tube (which is missing!) etc. etc. This company is not worth buying anything at all. Because when you need help there isn't any.My decision, I threw it in the bin. And never will buy anything again from them. Worst, worst customer service ever.

Dont go here if you expect service
You have to buy what they have on the shelves. Very often they have only one item of each. No after-sales service. They refer you to some external parties rather than helping you solve the problem. No discount for unpacked on-shelf products, which are in reality second-hand. High shop prices, better offers can be found online
