Difficult Program challenges/ Great Pro to Work With
I have been a customer for 23 years and this new version stymied me completely. I did not find it user friendly or intuitive at all. However, my TechSupport Pro was a Pro in every meaning of the word. Not only does Rei provide the necessary tech resolutions, but he provides "user support" in getting back to you, explaining steps clearly. You dont feel alone in the process at all. Great Pro, great representative for your company.
