Doesn't communicate
Erica wrote in my German VAT application that I sell coffee beans - I sell motorbike parts. As the German authorities started to ask more and more questions (my situation was indeed complicated, having had a business presence with another German company), Erica backed off and left me alone with the German authorities instead of charging me more to help get a difficult job done. Erica said she had never failed to get a German VAT number. Well I am the first if that is true. It's been 9 months and I had to fire her and pay another consultant and we have had to start again due to the mistakes in her application. I don't mind mistakes and I don't mind navigating through a very tricky situation and I don't mind paying more. But I do not accept her unwillingness to communicate with me. Often no replies at all to messages. Hence this poor review.
