Well worth the investment
TaskEveryday has been like a business partner. My assistant learned tasks quickly and was ultra responsible. She was also easy to communicate with and proactive with fufilling assignments.

BEWARE OF THIS BPO
Horribly managed. Be careful when you hire a BPO that they pay their agents a living wage. Tasks Everyday charges you 8x what they pay their agents. Their equipment is outdated and slow connectivity. They blame you for their shortcomings. Do your research before hiring them. You will not be able to get ahold of the CEO or his team via phone.

Tasks Everyday is a lifesaver!I chose to work with Tasks Everyday because of their customer service and already set up process. I was hesitant to find a virtual assistant on my own because I knew they couldn't deliver the same verification and customer service that the people at Tasks Everyday could. I had the most amazing virtual assistant who I trusted and valued. I highly recommend them!

(Over) Delivered on my Asks
At first, I would have rated this service much differently because my expectations were unreasonable. I thought TasksEveryday could pretty much do my day-job (as a system's implementation Project Manager)... That was unrealistic. Once I re-thought how to better utilize the service, I drastically changed my opinion and continued to successfully utilize my (awesome) VA (Annaly) for over 1 yr. Some of those tasks were:(note: Often, I found it was required to be very explicit about the task: what to do and how to do it. But it was worth the effort)1. Research/accumulation of data - Putting together spreadsheets, smartsheets, google docs, etc, for houses for sale in my area, stocks information (pulling down Earnings reports and pulling out key data point to be populated on the spreadsheet), lists of business for sale in the area (including emailing to get more detail than what was in the listing), etc.2. Annaly helped me organize my wedding! Pulled down all the financials and put it into a sheet that made it easier for me to start making decisions!3. Coordination of meetings and scheduling. I give TasksEveryday a 5 of 5 for the following reasons:1. My VA, Annaly, was awesome. She is very smart and good with technology. 2. She delivered on what I asked her to do! For example, I asked her to put together a list of about 100 commercial real estate stocks for sale on the US stock exchanges. I showed her where to find the earnings reports, what to look at in the earnings reports and where to find key data, and how i wanted to spreadsheet to be populated. This upfront work paid off, because we were able to put together fantastic sheet that provided for excellent analysis! It would have taken MUCH more time for me to do this all myself.At a point in time we were maintaining stock trackers, houses for sale trackers, apartment complexes for sale trackers & businesses for sale trackers. If I were more actively following through on these ideas, her work would provide a ton of value!If you have tasks like this in your life/work, then a VA will likely be a great addition, provided you are good with doing a little training for your VA.I cancelled the service because I decided to stop spending so much of my time on stocks & projects like this. If I get back into these type of projects, I will likely sign back up.

Consistant and good performance
I had a pretty good experience. I gave very direct process for my tasks and they were followed consistently for 2 months. I was able to work myself out of the hole I was in so I was able to cancel. They did what they said they were going to do for the costs that was described. I may return to them if I find myself digging my way out of the hole again.

Excellent
I needed support in administrative works. During the peak season, my administrative needs go haywire and I wasnt sure if I can afford an assistant physically on payroll due to tremendous costs and hassle. I explored options online and came across taskseveryday. Initially I was skeptical as I had not used their services before, but I was able to let go of all my apprehensions from day 1, when I sat online with my assigned assistant and gave her brief of what I needed. I was assigned virtual assistant named Mae Flore and she was very cooperative, prompt in responses and excellent work quality. Very good English language skills and computer skills. She helped me setup and laydown good foundations for easy administrative work in future. She was punctual on time regularly and it helped in predicting tasks for her. I got my schedulings organized, and she maintained them for me regularly, I had her do several types of online researces for me and she reported her researches to me. I have been using a software called SLACK and I requested her to use the same for me and she managed to set it up on the 1st day itself. I have taken 2 months part time package, and it was near the end of my peak season. I plan to retake their services next year earlier in the season, and next time I shall go for a full time package. Also to mention, their was a little confusion about my renewal of services and payment for an obvious negligence of mine, which was handled professionally by them and they made the customer happy eventually, which has made me assured that next time for my VA needs, I know where to come to. I was dealing with Pawan for that concern and I was taken care of professionally.Highly professional service and overall Iam impressed with their work a lot. I highly recommend them to whoever has any such needs of virtual assistant, rather than hiring someone physically on payroll. Thats just too much cost.Mohsin Muhammad, from Calgary - Canada.

Helpful in Many ways
The team is very responsive and courteous. I've worked with 2 VAs. Both were excellent and customer service; friendly and responsive. Some VAs are more knowledgeable than others in terms of different skills but are always honest and quick to ask questions.

I used TaskEveryday for about 6 months…
I used TaskEveryday for about 6 months and they were great! I found a great assistant who helped me with anything I asked including Instagram research, call scheduling, reminders, and various odds and ends internet research tasks. Highly recommended!
