Tarvent is one of the most full-featured platforms that I have come across (and I've come across many!). It's a tool you will be content with for a very long time. Extensive documentation and a robust video library make learning the platform a breeze.Finally, the Tarvent support is very involved and quick in responses...An all-round, amazing platform!
Early Days But Good BonesI love the layout and UI of Tarvent. It makes sense. There are lots of features and I'm looking forward to see how it fleshes out over time. The customer service is excellent, and I feel confident in the team.There are a few features that are available in other platforms that i would like to see, like multi-email sequences and the ability to create and use templates everywhere an email can be created–but its early days yet and I'm hopeful these sensible features will be added to the platform.
I recently switched to Tarvent for my email marketing needs, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and packed with features that make it easy to create beautiful, effective email campaigns. I especially love the automation capabilities, which save me a ton of time and allow me to reach my customers at just the right moment. And if I ever run into any issues, the Tarvent support team is always quick to respond and help me out. All in all, I highly recommend Tarvent to anyone looking to take their email marketing to the next level!
Started with low expectations, but Tarvent has blown me away! Let me list a few of the things that I really rate about this software:1) Very smart and intuitive campaign builder2) Logical contact infrastructure, and powerful search/sort tools3) Automation - this is top drawer. I came from GetResponse, and this is up there and even better in some areas. Massively flexible, but with a simple interface4) Dynamic content - Wow, I was not expecting this! The ability to personalise your email not just with a name, but with a whole content block - super powerful!5) Quick and responsive support - they genuinely want to hear about any negative points you come across so they can sort them - sooo different from other platforms!Lots of other pleasing features and touches, I'm just scratching the surface of the powerful infrastructure, but so so impressed!
I have been very pleased with the platform. It does what it needs to and has been excellent, considering the cost. We can also see there are improvements being added to it, which makes it a complete bargain at this stage.
ExcellentI'm just getting started with Tarvent (tier 4) and don't plan to fully move over until May 2025 (when my Mailerlite yearly expires), but I've played around with the features and watched the YouTube video.Tarvent is working on making this tool even better, so I'm excited to see what's next.For less than my yearly 15,000 contact fee from Mailerlite, I'm allowed 30,000 contacts and it looks like I'm going to be more than satisfied with what it provides. I may even upgrade further.
Tarvent is the best email platform I have found so far. Trust me!I have found Tarvent to be fully featured and have high open rates. They have complete and in-depth automations. I can't recommend Tarvent enough!
After trying the software for a couple of days and discovering a lot of cool features, I was like, "WOW!!! I love it!!!"The truth is, when I started, I found some bugs and contacted customer service, expecting it to be like most companies (long wait times, unclear answers, etc.). To my great surprise, I received MARVELOUS support: quick responses, solutions to the problems, and people genuinely willing to solve any issue, whether it was a bug or something that could improve my experience as a user.The app has so many awesome features (smooth-running automations with tons of options, campaigns packed with great details, etc.), and I couldn't be more satisfied. Every time I report an issue, they don't just ignore me. They take it seriously! They respond, they fix it, and they give it their best!I mean, when you have a problem, and your job is to provide great customer service to your clients, if the software you're using is full of bugs and you receive poor support, you have to walk away. But with Tarvent, after my experience over the past two weeks, I ended up purchasing a second Tier 5. Clearly, I believe in this team, and I hope they grow exponentially!With over 16 years of customer service experience, where my goal is nothing less than 5-star service for my clients, I only choose companies that offer the same level of excellence! And honestly, I'm considering buying a third Tier 5 to support my future growth.This is an awesome software and a great opportunity for my business (especially for email marketing, along with other services I offer).To the team at Tarvent: Thank you for your AWESOME WORK and CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I had been using Activecampaign for years, but the tool was becoming increasingly expensive because of those useless AI features that I never used.And Tarvent has proven to be an excellent alternative; the tool is robust, has the main functions I need, and the support is very good.It just lacks integration with Activepieces to be my best purchase of the year (and the support has already informed that they are working on it, so I am very satisfied with the tool).
I've tried several email marketing tools - Tarvent is by far the best. It came at just the right time and I really enjoy using it now. It's great that you have so many design and setting options, and Tarvent is very smooth to use. The support is also very committed and competent and Tarvent is constantly being developed and improved. A clear recommendation from me!
Great tool for email marketing. Works faster and smoother than AC which I worked on for many years. Has excellent automation. I highly recommend it
I'm seriously impressed with Tarvent! I have nearly a decade of experience with various ESPs, and I've yet to find a platform as intuitive and robust as Tarvent. Highly recommended!
I tried SendFox. It was functional to start with, but very limited.I moved to Mailerlite, which worked well. Good UI. But was getting expensive.I tried ConvertKit. This was the most intuitive CRM I've used by far. But also the most expensive.I went to Selzy, which was fine. But after 30 days, emails went straight to spam. No change in my content, and looking at reviews, many other people had similar issues.I then tried to set up Zagomail, but couldn't even get it set up. Error on the backend, and support would take 2+ weeks to reply...Moved to Acumbamail, which was fine. Worst UI so far and poor functionality (minimal automations). But the delivery rate was good.That's when I learned about Tarvent. I tried Tarvent for 30 days, and my open rates stayed at 40%+. They have full in depth automations. The Ui is difficult and took a full day to learn. But once I learned it, it was phenomenal. Couldn't recommend Tarvent enough!
The amazing support deserves 5* alone!
This is a great app with an amazing support team. It has saved me tons of money over other mailing list apps/sites and streamlined much of what I do. Fully recommend!
