I Love Sullivan's foods all the meat sales many selections I can get the butcher to cut my meats how I want it cut up. Many selections of fresh produce as well the best greens in town.....
Can't even save boxes for a customer. Was told twice they would, even called, talked to a manager that morning. She assured me they would save some that day. I get there, No Boxes. So the girl at the service desk told me they would save them on Thursday. I go in, wow again No Boxes. Worst customer service ever... Will never shop there ever again..
Quickly going down hill with no concern for customer opinion.We used to like this supermarket, kept shelves stocked, most of staff very helpful. Recently I was shopping in their flower garden, during this someone had gotten the the stores bobcat to load mulch for another customer. A cashier came over to talk to him. Quickly their was a one sided escalation in the conversation. The "gentleman" started swearing and screaming at the lady, going on to say that she could not ask him a question because she was not even a manager. She ran away crying. I went in the store to report the situation and asked that the store manager resolve it. I was quickly told that the man was the store manager and they normally get treated like that. I have reported it twice to the corporate website, and the most that cam out of it were two auto-replys. No more business from me with them handling it this way.
