Total Scam. No Communication.
I was promised some pretty lofty numbers for streams and playlists when I paid for what was for me some pretty expensive promotion, just to be added to one playlist that generated maybe 100 plays in total. That playlist ended up kicking me off after I emailed the support team asking for a refund, which I did not receive.
