Overall, the work from StoryReels was great. The script service did not work out as I had hoped, but they kindly refunded this portion upon request. I am very satisfied with the end product.

Second trailer… as good as the first experience!
I have recently done my second trailer with the team at StoryReel Studios and it was fantastic, just like my first experience. Very easy process they work quickly, professional and produce a high quality product. Great to work with and listen to your input. I highly, highly recommend their services

I was completely blown away by the reel…
I was completely blown away by the reel they did for me. It looked real, and to my surprise,e they had me in the video. I was doing the things, and I was easily recognised even though it was all created, not real. The video only took a few days to produce as well.

Communication alongside AI
It was good because I got in before the 3 adjustment guideline. AI does not replace customer conversation. It's so important to have more than 3 adjustments to get something that fits. AI is only a base start. Technology is good but it caters to those who know how to use it; ie stopping the video to make the comment for that moment in time. And waiting 2 weeks to get that information regarding how to comment. Nothing replaces human conversation and connection; yes it takes time to involve people. It's the customer's money; it's the customer's book; and most are new to the system; it's scary to not have enough conversation about the content. I do like the trailer; however, I wasn't going to spend any more money on it and perhaps still not get the details that I'd like. It's AI and space/time was limited and adjustments effect other things. I think the staff respond professionally and are courteous and friendly.

There was an issue and they fixed it without question
The initial cut of my 30sec trailer contained one section which wasn't realistic by any measure. They didn't debate it and fixed it without complaint. That's taking responsibility for your work and something I truly appreciate.
