Found black strands of what appears to be animal hair inside the “sterile” needle packaging - microneedling refill cartridges. This raises serious concerns about the sanitation and safety for me.Last year, I had to go to the hospital due to a severe facial infection, and now I strongly suspect these unsanitary needles may have been the cause.

Love This Brand! I use the spa sciences nano facial steamer on a weekly basis for the best spa facial results. So easy to set up and light weight. Love the fact that you can add essential oils to the product as well to create an aroma therapy. I also own the Nova facial brush as well! 10/10 would recommend these products for quality and longevity as well.
Absolutely enjoyed using this product. I did feel a difference after using the serum I felt a small, more tightening, feeling to my face which overtime will help and a very beneficial way.
Overrall, I really enjoyed my experience with Spa Sciences. The Vara percussion massager is my go too for stick neck and back from long days at the office. Everyone I worked with was also very nice and answered all of my questions on the product that was best for me.
