I loved the podcast, and you're basically gaining a support group that helps you out during your real estate investment journey. They also have great online calculators and interactive maps on their website, which have helped a lot.

The Co-Investing Club is a good concept for passive investors. It provides a hands-off way to invest without dealing with direct ownership responsibilities... a solid option for beginners or those wanting real estate exposure without the usual headaches.
Started thining about investing in real estate not so long ago. Haven't joined the investors club yet, but using free tools like the returns calculator, it's very helpful. There are also a lot of resources to learn about the sector, and they are actually helpful and well-written (one of the founders is a published author and it shows). You don't feel like they try to push you into investing and buying anything from them asap and actually let you educate yourself, which is rare for this market
