I have been using the parking space for over a year now. Spacer made it easy and convenient to search for parking alternatives that met all of my requirements (e.g., indoor, secure, heated, walking distance from home, etc.) and my budget. Once connected, the local operator gets you setup and takes care of any parking or billing issues.
Carmen was very helpful today in helping me get my listing perfect , she took the time to go over every question I had and what changes needed to be made so I could move forward in renting my parking spaces . She is a valuable asset to your company and she does her job very well. There should be more employees like her in other company’s cause sometimes it’s just hard to find good help or the right help . Carmen exceeded my expectations today and should be praised for it . Hence why I asked her if there was a way for me to do a review for her today on her performance. Keep up the good work Carmen and if I have another problem in the future I will be asking for her directly

I used this service for long-term parking and it ended with my car being ticked and towed. The spacer customer service team (Maria) was completely unhelpful and I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars for their inconvenience. I tried following up directly to the contact information for that spot they gave me but he completely ghosted me after I parked there. 0/5 stars would never use or recommend to anyone
