They were great and helpful until the information and pictures they send turn out to be giving a wrong recommendation. Then when I asked for support, assistance, the return policy- I was ignored. I no longer trust their input. And their support has been nonexistent. Look elsewhere.

I made a purchase with Spa and equipment and part of the device I purchased broke! I called the company and they asked for a pics of the broken pieces! Very shortly after that I had brand new piece send to me without questions asked! The lady that was helping me was Yolanda Melena. She was so professional and kind and I wish everybody in skin care industry and mostly customer service was as efficient as this wonderful employee of SPA and EQUIPMENT. Excellent job and many many thanks!

Deceiving sale tactic from customer service
I was told my order would be delivered to my business location before purchasing my expensive table. However they will send you a video right before your order is shipped with instructions that it is a curbside delivery and white glove service is $450 minimum!! It's a very deceiving business tactic to lie to secure the sale. I won't be ordering from them anymore!

Very poor support. We ordered 10 facial steamers and only 5 working after a year. Did not offer any warranty even though they had 1 year warrantyAlso they will not post any reviews on their website if not 4 stars or better

LOW QUALITY Facial Steamer and Non-existent customer service
I purchased the Euro Facial Steamer and was surprised to find that it had a LOUD ticking timer for the steam (that is not listed as so on their website). When I contacted customer support regarding this issue, Ryan's response was, "Surprisingly, I talk to a lot of people who don't mind it! You are welcome to ship it back to us (another $50) and we can sell you the Digital Euro Facial Steamer ($329 + another $50 in shipping). We'll even waive the 15% restocking fee!" Nope, no thank you!! Never again buying from this sham of a company who purposefully leave out info in their descriptions and have NO idea how to design spa products. I'll give away this ticking time-bomb before I ever spend another penny here.

I got 2 Platinum Multifunction facial machine from Spa & Equipment.After my experience I believe this machine's performance as advertised and listed their webpage is FALSE. Because: the machines have the following problems: Suction power at the highest setting is too weak,Skin scrubber does not function, Steam does not project far enough,Vibration from ultra-sonic tip at the highest setting is little too little,Machine has fragile glass parts that break in transit.Our clients have already tasted the suction power and all these other features from our previous facial machines, so we thought we were upgrading. Well we are now still using the old ones instead the new ones from Spa & Equipment. After communicating that they should exchange the machines for something that actually performs better, they simply refused to perform any exchanges even though at the time of my asking we had only had the machine for 4 weeks. So frustrating, now am stuck with 2 machines that my clients do not like and that I am unable to use. Be prepared if you look all over the internet and decide you want to choose Spa and Equipment, if your machine isn't what you expected, they will not exchange it for you, like me, you will be stuck with the machine or machines.

THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH!!!! This company is so unprofessional is unreal. I received a damage massage table. Firstly, the delivery team R & L carriers is who they use. When they dropped my item off they stated the can only leave it on the side of the sidewalk. Mind you, we DO in fact have a elevator that they could have placed it on. They mentioned they weren't allowed to put it anywhere, but the sidewalk. When I called Spa and Equipment they mentioned how we got our table to us wasn't there problem. When I told them the table was damaged they said someone would bring the new table and they would give me a label to return it. They did NOT, and I had to call THEM just to get a return label. This company has been such a huge inconvenience I will never shop here again!!! BEWARE!

I made a purchase because the hydraulic bed was supposedly available in May for delivery. They called me to say that it would be in June, I thought ok I can wait, after three weeks they told me that I have to fill out some forms and attach a credit card and a copy of my driver's license, I explained that I am an international student that I have my ID country, passport and student visa. I sent the forms and a copy of my credit card and ID, and they sent me an email "sorry, we cannot accept your ID, we will refund your purchase" They have made me lose almost a month, I can't make a purchase because I don't have an American ID? hahaha I can buy a house but not a hydraulic bed, absurd, disrespectful worst customer service. After almost a month of waiting they cancel my order and I am still waiting for my money!

Terrible cheap product
I bought a massage table cart and it's the worst. Doesn't work, designed so poorly and the straps are too short to fit around any massage table. I can't use it.
