They don't respond in a timely manner. I have done business with them before but they phone number on the site does not work and there is a trust issue when you tell them Their Bogus keys don't work
The service was fine until earlier this year. But they’re no longer in business. I tried to contact them because I had an issue with the Microsoft license I purchased, but all communication channels are blocked — even emails only return automatic replies with no real response. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.
Sw did not download. 24x7 number did not work. SW arrived the next day.
Great service! Couldn’t find the email with the link to download. They resent it quickly. Will definitely use them again!

Everything went wrong, waited until the West Coast Became active, seems it was out of country, when asked if they were in the USA, hung up the phone, and then received "Number is not Valid". In the past, had purchased from SoftwareKeep, and was always greeted by an American Citizen, and provided Excellent Care. Today (2025-0428), worst experience ever. I will never deal this company again, either sales (invalid email address), or other, glad I spent the day dealing with other than USA people with "Invalid Phone Number". Is this America, or people that sell out to other countries.

I have a purchase enquiry, i call and the number is not existent (+1 877 315 1713), I chat no one replies, I sent a mail and 24 hours later no one replies....
I have purchased software from Softwarekeep twice, and on both occasions I've been offered support to help install and get things working correctly. Even years after the 1st purchase Softwarekeep still recognized my account and helped me move to a new PC. I'm very happy with the team at Softwarekeep.
Dubious transaction while trying to buyDubious transaction while trying to buy MS Outlook 2024, (delay after delay and then they challenge my credit card - more delay total BS) and while I wait for the SW key download more selling emails. On the website for status with a 15 min countdown that never gets to ZERO stays at 15-14 and repeats for HOURS adverts after adverts pop-ups they never end.. now the next day this starts:,,,SPAM ADVERTS bombing to my email account 4-5-6 per day (JUNK MAIL BLOCKS a pain in the backside) and I know it stems from these clowns.Save money yeah right- I should have paid and went to the source Microsoft.I own and operate/own WW computer security business these guys are bad news. BAD NEWS.I wrote to them today and told them to knock it off... CEASE lose my contact info or I will make you my hobby. . Excellent Service for Products at a Great Price. For my 2023 MacBook Pro, I purchased Office Home and Business 2024 and Kofax PDF for the same price as Microsoft wanted for the former. Obtaining the product key codes required me to contact customer service--likely due to my email server--but everything went smoothly once I obtained the keys.

I love that I own the software I buy -- MS Office -- rather than paying a monthly fee. One and done, and I can use it for years. I've purchased software many times from Software Keep and they are great. I get my confirmation key in minutes, and downloading is easy. I've never been disappointed.
I received what I needed just before Christmas and all was good on Christmas day

I honestly had a glad buying experience, but I made a mistake in ordering the software for a Mac. I sent them an email, and they cancelled the order and refunded me the money, so that I can order the correct software. And I deleted all emails regarding the product key, that was provided. My new software was then downloaded in about 12 minutes.
