Ordered and never received product. Attempted several times to reach out to the company with no response. Do not purchase from this company. I am unsure how their business isn't illegal or shut down. Luckily, my bank was able to file a claim to receive my transaction back.
This is definitely a scam!!! I was so excited to buy those snacks. They are my favorite. After placing the order, there was no confirmation emails from them. After a week, I just noticed that because I’ve been ordering lots of stuff online so I didn’t pay attention. I googled it and 💥 boom found out that lots of people have been victims of the website!! Contact to paypal, they couldn’t do anything. Talked to my bank, they were able to give me my money back. People please don’t order from this snackoo.com.
Similar to another review I read on here, I ordered about $40 worth of food from this website in May, and I still have never received it. I have received no shipping updates. I have emailed them 3 times, and I have not heard back.
I've heard plenty of good things about this site. My very first order was multiple items and I was so excited. They said it would be delivered within five to seven business days. A month has gone by with no update on them. I have emailed countless times with no reply. I now have to ask my bank to dispute the charge of $64. My first experience and I got the short end of the stick. I'm pretty bummed about it all since it looked like such a great site. Would not order from them again.
