Our TA was great at answering everything effectively. She had kept me informed throughout all the process and had heads up for what to expect. We booked 4 cabins, but one of our party members was dilly dallying and she was great throughout the week of it. If i am to book a virgin cruise again, I would hope to do it with her again. I had never heard of this agency before a week ago, don't even remember how I discovered them, but, after receiving amazing assistance from Marizen, and a great deal, I sure am glad I did. I don't know that I have ever dealt with someone so thorough, who pretty much answers one's questions before they are even asked. We are looking forward to our first Virgin Voyages cruise in 2025!
They applied a MNVV (My Next Virgin Voyage) to my booking which took $300 off the cost and gave me $600 onboard credit. Quick replies by text message. Great experience.
