I was shipped the wrong size scarf, and when I reported it you responded immediately to my message and sent me the correct sized item right away. And you didn't even make me go through the hassle of returning the incorrect item, which I really appreciated.

Dress was lovely, but didn’t fit. The return process is very frustrating. They tried to discourage the return by twice to offering me a discount to keep the item. They provide NO return label and a bot responds to your return request. I still haven’t received the refund.

Ordered a product for my girlfriend. They said it would take 2-4 business days to ship. Over a week later, they still hadn't processed the order. I contacted the company and they didn't respond. I ended up contacting my bank to try to get a charge back instead. Never attempting to do business with them again.And to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to ask for a tip from a fully automated website. I've worked shipping and packing before doing order fulfillment, and I've never heard of anyone ever asking for a tip.

This is the most scammy company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They will not provide any means to ensure you're receiving an authentic product. There are no fiber tests. They won't disclose their source for fibers, and won't even discuss where the item was dyed and finished at. It's just a huge "trust me bro" moment. When you try and cancel the order? They'll ship anyways. They'll muck up the dispute process at every step of the way. Even when you refuse shipment, they still find ways to drag the process out.
I’m not satisfied with my purchase. After spending $1,400, I expected a premium product with noticeable quality and comfort. The final result didn’t feel right and didn’t deliver the level of craftsmanship I anticipated.For this price range, I expected significantly better. Overall, I'm disappointed.
