This company is selling a product that…
This company is selling a product that is not FDA approved. I has paid for a year in advance, when I realized it was not FDA approved I called and they canceled my subscription. They still charged me 3500.00 and will not refund me even though I did not get the medication. I have disputed with my CC company, but since it is a subscription and there is fine print they can get away without refunding you. Be careful with this company. They will steal your money.

SkinnyRx is great!
SkinnyRx is great! I’ve had great success so far on my weight loss journey and they have been super thorough between explaining processes and are quick in responding when I had questions. Jimmabelle in particular was quick to respond in hearing out concerns I had. Would definitely recommend this company between price, communication, and punctuality!

Informative and helpful guidance/changing plan
Andi was able to identify my needs as I transition from tablets to injectables. She listened to my concerns about the transition and was very knowledgeable about benefits/risks of doing so. Andi was able to not only establish my six month plan, but also provided guidance as to how I could continue to use Affirm as my payment plan. Thank you for all of your help, Andi!
