I sent in a test. Waited a couple of weeks. Finally called. They said there was a delay in shipping and they would send out a new test. After a week the new test arrived. Sent the sample back the next day. It has been at the lab for 1 week. No response.Edit:finally got result after initial purchase 2 to 3 months ago. Upped rating from 1 to 2. Never received a notice, like they said I would. Just checked online.
The absolute WORST at-home testing company in the world. Stay away at all costs. I sent in my sample over a week ago and it still has not reached the lab, so it’s as good as expired. I feel personally scammed of $70. If you are going to use a company, use EVERLYWELL! I’ve never had any issues with that company and they actually respond if there’s an issue. I’ve tried emailing and calling this shit company and still have not received a response after I paid for their product. A complete SCAM, you will lose your money buying this product and not get any test results.
I’ve taken Simplehealth kits for about 2years now. I’ve always received my results in a timely fashion. Customer service was also fantastic. I highly recommend this kit!
SimpleHealth provided a result and then refuses to actually have a provider contact me as included with the kit. Agents continue to give timeframes that someone will contact me and nothing happens. This kit is seeming like a scam at this point
Simple and fast as advertised. They have very fast fedex shipment as well.
