This review is for the Hallandale, Florida location. We originally worked with Neela. It was with her that we discussed the BMW 430i’s condition, price, cash sale. Once that was completed, she said that Viktoriia would “take it from here”. Neela mentioned that Viktoriia was “new” and that she would still be involved in the transaction. Neela told us the car was “like new and had no damage”. The online photos showed no damage. There was no mention of damage online. The car arrived a week late and when it came off the truck, the front bumper had clearly been damaged. They tried to cover it up with white paint the color of liquid paper. And the paint is peeling. We have a 3K bid to repair this - the car is one year old, When we tried to reach Neela, she never responded. When we called the dealer asking to speak with the GM, “Zoy” told us that the GM left the company two weeks prior. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER,
