Strong customer centricity
The customer centricity of Shootday really stood out. From easy and fast engagement with the production partners for briefing, the clarity of timings and requirements from the client side, the fast turnaround times, easy communication throughout the project were key elements from the experience that would make me return to Shootday the next time. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

A Flawless Event & Video Experience
The process and communication with the team were clear and smooth throughout. The event-day shoot went well, and they paid good attention to detail during the video creation. The final short video turned out just as we expected. Overall, it was a convenient and professional experience working with them.

Our photographer, Rick, was on time, professional and got a ton of great photos. When we needed support, Serge and Mateo were there to answer questions and help. They were a vast improvement over the local guy we used last year. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from the moment we reserved the photoshoot until we received the final photos. The entire team was extremely professional and cooperative. They were very patient with my requests, especially when I asked to modify the editing several times, and they handled everything with great understanding and flexibility.The photographer was absolutely amazing , very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the shoot. He guided us on how to pose and how to do the photo shoot in the best way, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. He truly bore with us and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way.I couldn’t be happier with the experience and the final results. Highly recommended!

Despite us being London-based, Elie went above and beyond to organise a Dubai shoot and was communicative, insightful, and reliable throughout.Fares, our videographer on the day, was punctual, flexible, and produced excellent content. The whole team was clear, helpful, and delivered exactly what they promised.

Working with Shootday was amazing
Working with Shootday was amazing. I was so happy to find them. We were looking for a last minute headshot photoshoot, and as soon as I inquired, I was set up with an account rep who I met with same day to get all of the details. They were easy to work with and transparent pricing. The day of the photo shoot, we had the BEST photographer. He was professional, courtesy and kind. He worked around our schedule and was patient with our group. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because at times there was a delay in communication - waiting for contract, waiting for details with photographers info, etc which had me slightly worried because it was the day before. But all turned out perfect!

Loved my experience with Shootday
Loved my experience with Shootday. I have worked with many event photographers. This is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. Pete was professional, had great energy, and didn't complain about driving a long distance to get to our event. Much appreciated! Quality of images was excellent!

Very impressed by the Shootday service. They delivered exactly as expected. The booking process was seamless, the photographer on the day was collaborative, checked in throughout the event to ensure we were happy, made recommendations where needed. The edited photos were delivered within the specified timeframe and were of a very good quality. We will 100% use Shootday agin.
