Awful experience. Do not use. The bus ran late, the driver was difficult to understand, and the vehicle was in only fair condition. When I reached out to customer support, I received a generic, unhelpful response. Extremely disappointing service. Avoid at all costs.
This POS company is a contractor for Greyhound (another POS company) where the driver abandoned passengers 1hr into the trip and left them stranded at a truck stop an hr away from Dallas. The driver pulled over and had police escort everyone off the bus. The driver is allowed to get away with this because of Greyhound's unlawful refund policy. Once you board the bus, the ticket is considered actioned even if the driver doesn't complete the trip! Tried calling this unprofessional company to report the driver, to only have the trashy receptionist hang up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GREYHOUND
Getting a quote was easy and quick. Their price was one of the cheaper ones I found. We really enjoyed our bus driver, Randy. He was flexible, patient, and really enjoyable.

This was my first time using Sam's Limo and I have to say I was impressed. They made they entire process extremely easy and the driver was really professional and patient. We had a really large group and multiple stops, but they made it super easy. I will highly recommend.
Was driving behind them when they were stopped at a stop sign for 5 minutes with no other cars in sight, they then pull in out of a driveway for no reason just to turn the opposite way almost hitting us multiple time as we tried backing up basically running from them
Horrible customer service. Ben Khalil did not follow the agreement as discussed and outlined in the contract. His existing yet later "non-existing" billing department decided to charge what was not discussed or outlined in their agreement to my credit card. When confronted about the charge, Ben Khalil's loud and negative tone and response was over heard by my guest. He dismissed the charge as a billing department issue. When making an attempt to cancel the service Ben stated he would not be refunding any money because he could not rebook the service and he "would have to charge someone less to book at the last minute". He would "keep my full payment" (they were not supposed to charge) and, if someone needed to rent he would have to "rebook the service at a cheaper price because it is last minute". I've been a business owner for over 20 years. I have never heard of charging less for a last minute service. No one expects to pay less if they need a service at the last minute. Ben's explanation for not cancelling the booking was, because he would have to "charge less". You can't make this up.My cancellation was made before the 72 hour window and they refuse to refund my money. Faris is also complicit in not following the agreement as outlined. He had no problems admitting they did not follow the agreement and in his words, "yes we did not charge what we were supposed to but it doesn't matter". Faris presented himself as the billing manager but later reiterated they had no billing department. It appears Ben and Faris have no qualms about not doing business as outlined in their agreements. They state one thing and do whatever suits Sam's Limousine bottom line.
We rented a big bus to ship folks back from our wedding. They were timely and professional, but not being able to control the music was a HUGE BUMMER! We were stuck listening to the radio and scanning between stations to avoid commericals. Highly suggest you to bring and aux cord or call ahead to make sure this doesn't happen to crash your party. Yes we didn't rent a party bus but its 2020, we should be able to have some technology to control the tunes from the passenger seat.
On 2 rides with Sam's was very impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the SUV and how courteous and professional the drivers are. Will use again when in Houston! 5 star service!

Easy to work with and adjusted as our needs changed. Had a little trouble with planned bus but they sent a replacement. Overall a good experience.
Using Sams limousine service was probably the best decision I made on my entire vacation. It was SO nice to be picked up and driven in a Beautiful vehicle by polite friendly drivers. And the least expensive choice out of all I checked. One of our drivers, Gil, was the nicest, friendliest guy ever. Both of our drivers were so polite and helpful. I’d choose Sams again in a heartbeat.

Been using Sams Limo for a long time and even have them set up for all my corporate pick-ups, etc.This was a personal event at Houston Rodeo and was very, very disappointed.Driver was supposed to contact me at pick up time in case I needed him to stand by or go pick up someone for me. No call. I had to come down and find him as he was parked behind a wall and I could not find him. He was totally oblivious to all the instructions and info that I had gone over in detail with the dispatcher / agent. Then at the end of the night he was complaining that we were going over time and that he wanted to go home because he had to get up the next day. If, so then why did you send me someone like that? Finally, I had left my $800 cowboy hat in the car and we called him and he said it was not there. Later, once I went through someone higher up, it miraculously appears. Even with out that, I still tipped the guy. Oveall Very disappointed.
Professional and reliable. I will definitely use Sam's Limousine service again for transportation in the Houston area.
The driver (Eric) was a little early for pickup which was fine with me. The event that I attended lasted a little longer than expected, but Eric was patiently waiting. He was a great driver in Houston traffic.I will use Sam's again.
