Antonio was prompt and communicated very well with what time to expect him. He explained everything thoroughly and detailed, the whole process was very smooth. The installer Dominic showed up about an hour later and was honestly one of the funniest people I had ever met. Overall 10/10 experience and I’m glad to be done with ADT.
The security camera doesn’t seem to be working like it should doesn’t always pick up vehicles.Having to keep dealing with my previous provider.

This approach also suggests limited technical expertise, as it requires minimal specialized training.If SafeHome wants to present itself as a company that values its clients’ experience, it should begin by operating as a true security provider—not a company that resells retail products at inflated long-term costs. These cameras typically cost $100–$200 each online with no monthly fees. Clients should be aware they can purchase and manage these products themselves.Accountability is also a concern. Failing to service a client for over 30 days on an oversold product, then attempting to impose a high cancellation fee, is unacceptable—especially when the product itself could have been purchased independently for a fraction of the total cost.Lastly, sending cease-and-desist letters to individuals for posting opinion-based reviews contradicts claims of transparency and customer care. A company that truly values its clients addresses concerns directly rather than attempting to silence them.SafeHome should focus on improving its practices and becoming a legitimate security provider, rather than a costly and misleading option for consumers.
