Have a claim from May 2025 and have yet to settle. It is now March 2026. They denied, delayed, discount you all in hopes you will just go away. Horrible company, the adjuster never pick up your calls or returns them. Counting on you not to take them to court. Buy coverage you are a fool, you have been warn.

WORST AUTO INSURANCE -NATIONAL GENERAL INS
If I can, I will not give this insurance one star. I do not recommend this auto insurance to anyone. I got into an accident & instead of helping through the situation, they found any reason to not be responsible. The reason they declined my claim was not list everyone in my household and did not give them the correct information on my marital status. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE, even if they said they are part of Allstate Insurance.

Please customer, do not insure your car with this company; it is the worst insurance company in America. My husband made the wrong decision and insured his car with them in July. When he did, they charged him $400 for six months. No problem there. Then, a couple of weeks after, they asked him for proof that he was not at fault for the accident that happened. He sent them the details of the police report that stated he was not at fault. They were not satisfied with the police report. They wanted my husband to get more paperwork from the insurance company about what percentage of fault he had, when there was none on his part. The police had stated that the other person involved in the accident was at fault, not my husband. But it's because they want more money out of my husband that's why they are asking for something that the police already clarified. And when my husband wanted to cancel his policy, they charged him a cancellation fee. That is unacceptable. So customers, DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR WITH THIS INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY ARE UNFAIR AND DISHONEST. PLEASE PEOPLE, DON'T, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Please be aware of them, if I could give zero stars this company would get a lot of zeroes from me.

Extremely slow at getting claims…
Extremely slow at getting claims approved. Going on 2 months with no answers other than “be patient” if you can use another company, it will save you lots of hassle if you need to make a claim
