This review concerns Elmbridge Village and their mistreatment of a 94-year-old resident. I have written to the CEO twice (once by recorded delivery) and had neither a reply nor even an acknowledgement to my letter, which I find to be incredibly rude. This would seem to be the company ethos; RV built a new block next to the resident's property, but did not go to the expense of providing any more car parking for the new block. The new residents have taken over the parking which was for the existing residents, and without any discussion have banned existing residents' visitors from parking. The resident only found out when her carer had a memo put on her windscreen telling her to park several hundred yards away! It seems that profit is the only thing that matters to RV.
