In addition to matching me with top-notch businesses, the platform made the onboarding process exceedingly easy. Thanks to their employer registration service, I finished all the onboarding processes in a timely manner. It was simple to begin working remotely because there were no difficult stages and clear and effective communication throughout!
I’ve had a really good experience with Horizons so far. The whole process has been super smooth, and anytime I had a question, someone got back to me quickly and actually helped (rare these days!). Everyone I’ve talked to has been friendly and easy to work with, which makes a huge difference.Overall, I just feel like I’m in good hands. If you’re on the fence, I’d definitely recommend giving Horizons a try.
I have been using Horizons for close to 2 years. My experience is not that good. Email to their support team, they take more than 1 week or work 2 weeks to reply to you. Your message has been ignored. During the payroll period, worst still. They take super long to reply. Your message has been ignored. They selectively reply to your message. They do not provide you with a solution, but they go around the tree to reply to you, even when you ask a simple or straightforward question.
We were new to international hiring and frankly, terrified of messing it up. Their sales and onboarding team were incredibly patient. They didn't just sell us a product; they took the time to understand our goals and walked us through every sing step, from generating a complaint contract to explaining the statutory benefits in the new country. Great fist impression and they've lived up to it ever since.
RPL proved to be incredibly unprofessional. There has been no payment or appropriate communication following the completion of the assigned work. Numerous follow-ups were disregarded; this is not a reliable business to work with.

RPL has not reimbursed the render crew for their completed work. There has been no answer or resolution for weeks. Very unprofessional for a payroll service, and a completely disappointing experience.
I have received no updates and am still awaiting my payment. My emails and messages were totally disregarded by Remote People. I wouldn't suggest this payroll service to anyone because of the poor communication and lack of accountability.
My payment has been with held by RPL without any communication or updates. Payroll service is unreliable and extremely disappointing.
RPL is utterly unprofessional and unresponsive for not making the payment that is due. I wouldn't advise doing business with them.

This is a fraudulent and scam platform that only has paid reviews to deceive people. They breach your trust, don't trust them.
My experience has been great with Horizons due to the accessibility of its platform. As an employee, it is fundamental to have all my job information, benefits, paystubs, and vacation days all in one place, and that's what Horizons does: it helps to organize all this information and ends with the feeling that only HR has this info or I'm not in control of it.
