Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever!!Hotel rooms have bedbugs and cockroaches which was recorded on video. Had to switch rooms two times before getting a room that had just been left and didn’t have bedbugs. Manager denied there was a problem until we asked whether he wanted to see the videos before publicing the videos.Other guests also complained about bedbugs and a staff member told me that 220 out of 330 rooms have bedbugs.Buffet was horrible, the same old, yellow mozzarella was put out on the buffet every day. At the egg station there was either fried eggs or omelet, but on the days with fried eggs you couldn’t get omeletts (guess the cook had forgotten the recipe.) So tired of chicken after just one week at this hotel!I booked a session the last day at the hotel spa but when I came the price had doubled and they couldn’t do the treatment until the next day. (The one who got a treatment got her ribs bent)One of the guests had put a towel on the sun bed and when he got back someone had shit on the sun bed under the towel and put the towel back in place. The hotel claimed it had been a cat (very huge cat and clever to be able to replace the towel).Very loud music in the evening and in general there are alot of Russians who doesn’t know how a line works and just cut in front of the line - the hotel accepts this because the staff speaks better Russian than English.Not even Monty Pythons could have thought of this in Fawlty Towers.
