This company not deserve nither one star thay "send me " machine I pay almost 1000 thay send true fedex I been calling multiple times coz I was working fuble to pick my package in person thay say no one can get it coz thay need my id and signed next what happend after all calling thay yust dropped somwhere package only good knoe who signed package and I stay paying for nothing..I contact them and I did not get anny hallp from. No one I waist 1000 for nothing this company is not professional all thay send me that package is delivered thay macke me delete bad reviews whit promise thay will fix it but nothing happend still.. thay yust tacking people money !!!!! And you get nothing do not purchase anything BIG WARNING!!!!

I love that we can get these high end laser machines from a company like Rejuva Fresh, which has US based support. This was all very important to our clinic when we were choosing a supplier. Of course we demand the high quality and precision for the laser, but there is also the price factor and the fact that Korean lasers are pretty expensive. Because Rejuva Fresh has their own Korean factories arrangement, their pricing makes more sense for our business and ROI.

The Personal EMShape Neo Elite with upgraded power I just received from Rejuva Fresh is well made and effective. I have it in my home gym and my wife and I are using it to built our core strength, tighten up the skin and get ripped. No need for expensive clinics with this thing. Ordering was easy once we made our decision on the machine we wanted. Somehow they were able to deliver it in 5 days- after the winter storm hit!! Ordered a replacement handle for a new machine we just purchased from them. Documented with tons of videos proving new handle does not work on my machine yet my old handle does. They will not let me send the new part back to get my refund. I have purchased many medical devices from them but I am being treated very rudely & unprofessionally.

I love this company. Both machines we got from Rejuva Fresh have been very good quality. Not only does the equipment itself look and feel high end, even the packaging is made of good materials.
