I recently attended the 4 Day Deal Maker workshop and found it to be extremely valuable for my real estate investing business. The highlight for me was the half-day dedicated to reviewing and walking us through their proprietary software. Learning how to navigate the platform, locate potential properties, and analyze the numbers with confidence gave me a real sense of how to apply the strategies in practice. From making sure our mobile app was sync to our desktop app to how to look for target properties. This course was full of insight. Even for an experienced investor such as myself. How to look at properties, how to look at the neighborhood, how to find all of those little details. The answers are there in front of you if you know how to look. Following up on how to make something of those leads. Finally, how to make this into a business and even legacy wealth.

I got to experience this live event, virtually! Real estate investing is a journey, not a trip! I got to glimpse what it takes to master the first level of the journey-turning properties, whether in the MLS or with a FSBO, into deals! Friday, I got to look over the Dean's shoulder. Saturday, he reviewed the wholesale mastery; and Sunday, he outlined the Real Estate journey to wealth! He takes you by the hand and walks with you through the steps. Those gurus out there, have not provided any semblance to the level of support and guidance that I have been given. Unmatched and unheard of in this day and age!
