Recently purchased an item from RDX, there was an issue with the item and it was resolved within a few days with no hassle. The staff they have are excellent at what they do and I can’t recommend RDX enough.
I’ve bought small items from RDX Sports before like gloves which are great, but this was my first time buying equipment. I purchased the RDX Kt Ronin 4ft Kids Free Standing Punch Bag and I’m really happy with it. The quality is excellent and it feels sturdy and well made. I’ll definitely be getting more equipment from RDX Sports in the future. Just wish they had better stock on gloves, the XS are needed. Quick delivery too
Items got delivered to the wrong address and the courier signed in our name, couldn’t find the parcel so emailed RDX all new items were sent out next day and delivered with no hassle this time, highly recommend 👍
Excellent customer service I ordered wrong size and returns dept were Excellent in dealing with return and had correct size out to me in 24 hours even sent a returns label so no charge to return 10/10

Missinformation, that is not science based. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR ARTICLES. I really don't hope anyone is believing this, because it is destroying our hobby, and it is getting flooded with misinformation from AI's like, Avery Murray, who havent seen the shadow of a fitness center nor read any scientific articles. Excellent customer service and quick responses and deliveries. I ordered a full set for Grav Maga but two items needed replacement. Customer service was first class from the first email all the way to delivery and beyond. Highly recommended!
Fantastic online service…ordered a pair of shorts the wrong size at my fault, the return process was very easy and they sent me a new pair of correct size very quickly, well impressed
I ordered the wrong size, but couldn't find any of my order details. RDX were really helpful all the way through and swapped them over. They not fir perfectly and the quality & functionality is really good.
I was at first extremely disappointed when the first gloves I bought were a bit too thin and left marks throughout my hand after one use but RDX customer service was fantastic when they were aware they replaced it with another as it was a faulty pair of gloves. Sophia customer service was fantastic. Would highly recommend
I had an issue with a pair of mma gloves that had purchased through Amazon one of the thumb loops had started to come apart. I initially thought it would be hard work to get it sorted as they didn't come directly from rdx but was pleasantly surprised how easy it was,I made contact with rdx directly sent a couple of pictures and a new pair arrived within a couple of days no quibble. You don't get customer service like that very often they were superb

Exceptional customer service *****I bought my partner a weight training belt for Christmas but when it arrived it was smaller than expected. I contact RDX who immediately responded and offered me and exchange even though the item was not showing available online. This was posted and received the next working day. Only thing I would say is size up as the measurements online are slightly different to the item received.
I ordered a pair of MMA shorts that didn't fit so well, but I exchanged for a pair that were better fit.That aside, the customer service on their end is really good. The replacement was prompt and the reps were accommodating. The only thing I have done is opted for the paid delivery. The free option is through yodel. They delivered to the house 2 doors down instead of my home address, when someone was in. I wont fault RDX on that issue because like I say they have good customer service and the shorts I ordered are comfortable. I would order through them again, I'd just pay for a better courier instead.
Fabulous company and staff. I put through an incorrect order which was immediately rectified and they even sent a complimentary gift over the new year and a really nice follow up email. My products came in such fast time they arrived before Christmas gifts I was still patiently waiting for!Would highly recommend
Ordered a size for knee pads to small.. prompt return and refund..no problem would definitely deal with RDX Sports again
Ordered for my son for Christmas. The postal company experienced issues with my order but RDX customer service were extremely quick to deal with any issue and kept me informed through the whole process. After being let down by another company I bought a free standing punch bag for my Grandson I was given the run around by the delivery service and subsequently contacted RDX Ltd as my Grandson really wanted this for Christmas this company pulled out all the stops and it was delivered without delay, I will be forever grateful to them their customer service is superb, second to none thank you so much.
Excellent customer service. This was my first time ordering from RDX and it was a gift to be delivered before Christmas. The delivery came in 2 parts with a delay in the 2nd part of the delivery. When my delivery was delayed, the team were extremely helpful with my queries, responding promptly and keeping me updated without me having to chase. I really appreciated the proactive communication and reassurance that they were monitoring the delivery closely from their side. The delivery arrived in plenty of time and the regular updates from the team made the whole experience a lot less stressful - I would order again from RDX in the future.
I ordered something as a present from this company. Yodel managed to deliver the package to the wrong house and sent me back to RDX. Their customer service was great, very quickly they had organised and dispatched a replacement (via a different delivery service) and messaged me to me know when it had been dispatched. Great company, great customer service
