If you want to go beyond the "cookie cutter" training...
I just finished the 5 Day Roadmap Challenge and I must say "Wow"! There's a wealth of information packed into a short period but it's definitely a jumpstart into knowing yourself and figuring out your true path in business. Ray's course is about understanding your strengths and using those strengths so you can develop a business that you love. It's about not just looking at the now but what that business will provide for your future.

I am a new agent this year and I took Ray's 5 day roadmap challenge twice because it was that informative and really helped me gain control on my business. Months after the first challenge, I realized I had fallen off and was getting very overwhelmed. Ray popped into my mind (mainly because of his email I received about the next challenge) and I told myself I needed this challenge again to put me back on track and keep me accountable. The practices Ray teaches are basic ones, but are the most powerful ones. He always helps me feel less overwhelmed and more in control. He is always available, very knowledgeable and a great resource! I highly recommend any of available programs!

AMAZING! You won't be disappointed.
I am not a realtor. I am a founder of a nonprofit organization. To put it simply this 5 Day Roadmap Challenge is AMAZING!! I didn't purchase the VIP because I wasn't sure if the information would pertain to a non-realtor model; wow was I wrong. I have been apart of a lot of challenges and bootcamps but this is completely different. We had daily virtual meet ups (FB live or Zoom), daily homework with deadlines and a point system. But the best parts were the community, the positive energy and tangible actions that give you results!! In 5 short days I have gained confidence, a clear vision of what I will be doing on a daily basis to be productive, and 2 appointments from new leads. I believe this challenge has taught me skills that will take my nonprofit to the next level. It has truly revitalized me not just in business but also my personal life. Before I was letting my day run me, now I feel like I am in control of my day. So that when it comes to family time I am more present and not burned out. I feel really grateful for the time and value Raymond Sjolseth, Samantha Knox and the guest speakers (Cynthia Castillo, Shelly Confini & Amy Scruggs) poured into us. I highly recommend this challenge for whatever business you are in! Join, get involved and see how much you grow!!

If you want to move to the next level in your business…..
I am a terrible student and I despise training. Ray has a way of teaching that makes you forget you are learning. I learned a lot about me and how I fit into my business. I learned strategies to organize my business and my life. Being a wife, parent and business owner, learning that “work/life balances” is difficult. Ray helps you to apply focus where needed to stop the scheduling headaches. I highly recommend not only his book, but also his workshops and courses!
