This product (the micro needles) doesn't help me at all. No improvement with my wrinkles at all. Do you have some kind of new product. Thank you
I have loved both the LED face and neck/decollatage masks, so wanted to try the micro infusion kit as well. I have used a couple of times with positive results, but I accidentally tossed the main jar that is needed to put the serum in and screw on the needle head. Abby in customer service was quick to respond to my inquiry and immediately placed a new order for a replacement unit, I cannot wait to receive it and continue using the system. Great customer service and products!
I recently made two purchases from Qure within about an hour of each other. One of the purchases qualified for a promotional offer that included a free silk pillowcase. The first package arrived relatively quickly, but it didn’t include the pillowcase. I assumed it might be included in the second shipment.The second package took considerably longer to arrive, and unfortunately it also did not contain the pillowcase.When I contacted Qure customer service to query this, I was told that the first shipment was the one that qualified for the promotional pillowcase and that I would need to provide photographic evidence showing that the pillowcase was not included. By that point, the packaging from the first delivery had long since been discarded.Given the amount of money I spent across the two orders, I found this response quite disappointing. I would have expected a bit more trust and flexibility from the company in resolving what is a relatively minor promotional item.The products themselves may be good, but this experience with customer service has left a sour taste.
I had an issue applying a coupon code to my order, which was very frustrating. Queeny from Customer Care was great. The coupon was applied, and the order was successfully completed. Qure Customer Service handled this well!
My recent experience with Qure Skincare customer service was excellent. My issue was resolved quickly! The replacement product was sent out without any hassle. The product itself is great, now I know that the company service is great as well. Thank you!
Searched online to order. "Ad" oriented sales thing came on with a TIMER asking for phone and email which I provided and immediately chose my product and WHAM "ran out of time" to get the "special" discount price.... 3 times in a row... I went right to it, clicked immediately and hit "buy" or whatever. There is no way it took me 30 seconds. TOTAL SHAM and I went to a better company. Their loss, no regrets here. I can't believe the professionals endorse this.
I love my Qure mask. It's quick to use and I definitely seen a difference in my skin since using it. So I was so sad when it stopped working properly. After speaking with customer service and working with Supervisor Mr. Ford, they were able to help me resolve my issue. They were extremely quick with responding and were super nice. I really appreciate all their help and making me feel valued. They absolutely take pride in their products and want to make sure their customers are satisfied with their product and definitely earned my loyalty.
I contacted customer service after accidentally exposing three needle heads. Within 24 hours I received an email indicating that replacement needles would be sent to me at no cost. That is excellent and responsive customer service!
The micro needling is tolerable and well worth the effort! I purchased both the fine lines and dark spot systems. My dark spots vanished in the first application, and my fine lines are softening noticeably after 2 applications. The serums leave your face feeling very moisturized as the penetrating needles allow for absorption into the lower dermal layers. The cost to benefit ratio is far better than spending thousands at the doctor's office! I am anticipating even better results as I continue with the treatments. I received the systems in a timely manner and the packaging was excellent. I had a few questions, and the customer service was very responsive and helpful.

The customer service was excellent, 5 stars. I got a refund quickly after sending all my pictures and information. Unfortunately, the product didn't work for me at all, so I gave it 1 star. I used it for 3 month, doing treatment every two weeks following all the advice and instruction. I did absolutely nothing to me and I've noticed I've got more pigmentation spots even though I did treatment during winter month in the north region, so I decided to stop and not to continue. I'm in my mid 40s, natural and never used makeup in my life, never had a problem with my skin and barely used any skin care till late of my 30s. I've got some pigmentation and wrinkles around my mouth area and nasal folds. I wanted this product to improve, but it did not work. It might long term to use the product like 1-2years to see a result but if company guarantees to see it within 3 months or earlier it would be great disappointment to waste 1-2 years and no see a result

I got my six months kit and had questions about the extra Micro-infusion that come with it.Abby was very helpful and knowledgeable, responded all my doubts.I used it last night and so far so Good fallowing instructions.

The customer service from Qure is amazing. Last year I bought the micro- infusion system (3 Month Supply), then I lost the micro- infusion device but I still have 4 bottles of serums. I contacted Qure customer service if I could buy a new/ replacement device (chamber). Gabriel from Qure responsed to my e-mail directly. Gabriel was really polite and helpful, he ordered a replacement chamber for me, free of charge (this is my first time losing that chamber). Qure has sent me within a few days 1 Micro- Infusion device with 1 attached needle head. I am more than happy. Thank you very much Gabriel ( Qure customer service). This year I just bought again the Micro- Infusion Facial System ( 6 Month Supply).
I placed an order, making my own custom bundle, which in turn was to provide a 25% discount on my entire order. However, when I hit the payment button, the discount disappeared and I paid full price for the entire order, which was a difference of $135. When I contacted customer care, provided all the information, Queeny updated my order to reflect the discount and a refund would be posted to my credit card in 5-10 business days. Perfect customer service!!
