Wrong test was sent. Only automated answers. Very bad experience.
I didn't receive a complete set, had to send numerous messages, and finally got a response. I was supposed to receive a new return envelope, but it never arrived. My request to cancel or exchange the product went unanswered. I actually bought this set for nothing. I never got to test it!
Paid for a DNA test, but the service was never delivered. I never received any DNA results. The only thing sent was a test vial, with no analysis and no follow-up.Since 15-11-2025 I have been trying to resolve this. After 34+ emails, the company repeatedly claims that:new packages were sent (they were not), anda refund form was emailed to me (it never arrived).Email communication clearly works — they contact me without issue and even include graphical content — yet the alleged refund form is never actually received. Alternative delivery methods were refused, making the refund process impossible to complete in practice.Bottom line: service not rendered, refund structurally blocked. Proceed with caution.
I had gotten myself an ancestry DNA kit from Quick DNA, and the kit itself came quite fast and was also quite easy to use. The directions were clear, and in addition, I was happy that the results came back within the timeframe promised and were quite detailed and gave an insight not only into my ethnic background but also some healthrelated traits. The online platform where you could see the report was so simple and straightforward that it made the whole experience more like a modern and convenient thing. On the other hand, there were quite a few things that were quite disappointing. It took so many emails just to get a reply from the customer support, and when they finally did answer, the responses were very generic and not helpful at all. Another thing I also realized was that the whole process of returning the sample was a little bit confusing, and the website information about shipping and guarantees was not always clear. To summarize, the test itself is quite fascinating and the price is reasonable, but the issues with communication and support make me reluctant to give them a rating higher than three stars.
Cannot get a response from the company. I have sent the samples few weeks ago. I have been sending emails and trying to contact someone over website chat and haven’t been getting any response. I am starting to think this was a total fraud..
Hi, on January 1, 2026, I placed a request for a test using ADN number QDFR6861WP. I haven't heard anything new from you, so please let me know.
My DNA sample was delivered almost two months ago. I was told the analysis would take 2–3 days.I received no results, no real explanation, only endless automated copy-paste replies. They first confirmed receipt of my sample, then later claimed they are “awaiting its return to the laboratory” - which makes absolutely no sense. No human support, no accountability, no timeline. At this point, this feels less like a delay and more like a scam.Avoid.
I paid for a DNA kit 4 weeks ago and never received one. I keep being told it's on it's way but never seems to arrive. Buyer beware. I can only advise to NOT use this company !THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!
I am from New Zealand I brought a kit from Quick Dna.It arrived open. The cost was $385.12 nz and they took out $684.16.after 9 E/mails to this company. They are no longer responding to my e/mail.The Senior Relationship Managers name was Bryan Claude.who admitted they had taken to much money out of my account.I have copys of my e/ mails with Quick Dana. There contact phone number +1 (302)8465037
Scam. 4monts write you need wait. Scammers
Test kit had the wrong form, so I asked about it; the promised to send the correct one. Twice. It never happened so I made my own form. Sent it to Vietnam (weird but ok, still possible the laboratory is there). No response. Every mail I sent was answered by promises that they would check if the package had arrived, or by just plain nonsense. Found the ereputation address on this page and tried that; finally an answer from someone who apparently was not a robot or somebody answering through a (bad) translation programme. They would resend the package for a small fee; I was willing to accept another possible loss of €10 so I assented. Then the request came to TapTap this money to an entirely new person in Madagascar. If it hadn't cost me so much money, time and effort, I'd find it funny.
Purchased a paternity test from these guys from a site that appeared to be very Australian.Invoice and tracking info came through after payment, all in Czech. I thought oh well, and just waited for it to arrive.2 weeks later it arrives, I followed instructions and completed the test.Went to send it back, there is no supplied return envelope, once again, I thought oh well and paid for it to be sent back myself, $55!!!! The return address is in Vietnam btw, another red flag! After waiting 2 weeks (after they received my package) I sent an email following up, got told they were on it and to just be patient. I waited another 2 weeks, followed up again via email, got told the manager wasn't available and they would get back to me. It's been 1 week since then, still nobody has contacted me. I've obviously been scammed!!Please do not fall for the same BS!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!
I began to doubt the choice of purchasing this DNA test when I saw a review online stating that the test came positive to a mother who had her child through egg donation, which is biologically impossible to match, but I had already completed the purchase, so I'd give it a shot. Then things started to feel 'odd', when the company with the headquarters in the US ships me the kit from Czech Republic and needs me to send the samples to Vietnam, to an address that has nothing similar to a lab, but bicycle shops/mechanics only. The Kit didn't come with the returning envelope as advertised. I tried to ask for a refund, they initially said it was being processed when eventually they told me 'we don't issue refunds'. I'm now trying to ask for a simple pre-paid returning label so that I can send my samples, and they're stalling me since July, and it's November already. My order is #QDPT4903WPI tried to leave a review on the site, but they never published, of course. conveniently there's no bad review whatsoever. I wonder if it's legal. I fully regret this experience
You have my money and the returned product. Ignoring my calls and emails is a fraudulent business practice.
Fake ! Scam . Don’t buy They couldn’t even put my origin in dna . Give me a list of things I’m supposedly high allergic too that I take on daily basis . It’s the biggest scam
Order QDHR5001WP placed mid July. I have received a package much later than they promised, but they did send a kit with a cotton swab and an envelope and an address in the Czech Republic. I sent a sample as instructed with track and trace. They received it on 25 July. They also confirmed in chat that the sample has been received. After I have not received any results. If messaged, they keep sending the same response, apologising, etc., but even three and a half months after the samples have been delivered to their address, they have not sent results. So far, we have exchanged at least 10 messages. Unfortunately, there was no solution Quick DNA. They also don't want to give a refund. They say it is not their practice! And they even said that they delivered the order. To explain better: Quick DNA sells a DNA ancestry test, not a cotton swab and envelope for 100 euros. I sent a sample at my cost. In short, they do not deliver a service which is advertised as "the fastest test with results by email within 72 hrs" and for which they took 100 euro from me.
This is a SCAM Order #QDNZ5811WP (16/09/2025)I paid for the fastest service on 16 Sept in New Zealand, and I have not received any service from them yet. I sent several emails, and they have not provided the full refund since the service has not been delivered.I have not received a prepaid envelope, and I won't PAY for anything extra at this stage. As I mentioned in my last email, the deadline for a reply and full refund of USD $364,32 is on 16 October 2025.Otherwise, I will submit the case to the New Zealand Authority, Westpac Australia, Mastercard International, and Interpol, as your company has dealings with other countries.
I brought a test, paid for expedited shipping just have have it delayed in customs going on 7 weeks. I contacted the company to start the refund process and they were not willing to give me my money and said that they would be sending my a voucher for a test that is not needed.
Do not use. There is scientic proof that there test method does not work. After being told this I cancelled the order within five minutes of placing it and contacted them straight away for a refund which they said they'd give . Three months later still no refund.
I needed fast and reliable confirmation of paternity before the birth of my child. QuickDNA met my expectations with discreet service and accurate results.
