The customer service may be a scam.
The customer service chat was very receptive and knowledgeable. They were very helpful. Update, three hours ago I was told I would get a refund and an email confirmation showing the refund. As of right now, neither has happened.I will update again when and if anything happens.

Another scam
Another scam. It takes 3-5 minutes to generate your report. Only then do they tell you it is a Pay-as-you-go service. I thought I was accessing the courthouse records, something they probably designed on purpose.
