Although the issue was completely outside of Print PPS’s control, their response was exceptional.I received a personal call from their Vice President, who was understanding, proactive, and genuinely committed to making things right. They immediately offered to reprint and reship my order at no cost, even insisting that I not pay for the replacement. Easy to "design" my own stuff and I love that it's double checked by someone at PPS. I designed a quick note pad and then was contacted that the design was going to be blurry - with their help we got it corrected and then printed and they are perfect!! The quality of the notepads I ordered…
The quality of the notepads I ordered is very poor. Most of the glue is cracked or incomplete - pages and backs are immediately falling out. Over half the order is damaged and unusable - the other half I'm sure will fall apart immediately. Printing looks nice though. Won't be ordering again.
