I am a real reviewer! These guys deserve the five star rating. I was very worried that this website/company was going to be a scam. The customer service team allowed me to do a virtual phone call to verify their authenticity. Everything was shipped in under two weeks time.

Premium had the most competitive price for Finnmark infrared sauna that I purchased from them. Their sales representative effectively guided me through the units features and options. He also contacted their distributor to ensure that I would receive my unit in the next shipping window. Delightfully, the unit came in earlier then expected. Their shipper communicated very well with me and the delivery driver did a great job of getting the unit into my garage.Thank you for the excellent customer experience!
From the day I put in the order until the sauna was up an running I had a wonderful experience. We had a few small questions and an little issue with power that got figured out as their team was very responsive and helped us get through the install and issues. In the end I could not have asked for better customer service.

I was hesitant about spending this much money without knowing anything about Premium Saunas or seeing the actual product in person. After looking at several companies I went ahead and ordered the Dynamic Avila Elite 1-2 sauna. I was updated from the minute that I placed the order until eleven days later when it was delivered. That was impressive since I live in Florida and the sauna was shipped from California. My wife and I began to open the crate and could not believe the way that it was packed and secured to the pallet. Having read the manual on how to assemble it prior to arrival it took us only 1.5 hours to open and complete assembly. It was very easy to assemble and the only difficult part was putting the back panel on. If anyone is worried about sweating, I set the temperature at 130 degrees and after 30 minutes my wash cloth that I used to wipe off the sweat while I was in it was soaked. I am a 72 years old and I really liked the fact that at a low temperature I had the same results as the traditional sauna that I use to use at the fitness center. The lights work great and the bluetooth simple to connect. I would highly recommend a sauna from Premium Saunas

When adding item to cart, it advertised Free Shipping. On completion of the order, there was $50 shipping.They very quickly canceled the order for me. Great resolution to my issue.
