Would give it a 0 if possible
Would give it a 0 if possible. I too work for GLL (better gym) and have been told we now need to ise this app. Spent all day trying to create a single playlist. Music choice is shocking, app not easy to navigate, expected to download tracks in order to hear the full version ( takes hours to download) then unable to visually see how long left in the track to be able to encourage clients to keep going, tabata music has no rest periods, unable to use any another app in the background ie timer, constantly kicks you out saying there is a bug. Message the company and all they say is are you on the samples? No idea? When asked about certain tracks all thry say is you can add ot to the mix and create your own. Well for 1 I am not a DJ and 2 don't have the actual tine as I have a day job as well. Have GLL actually tried to use this app in a class environment.

GLL class music choice
Like Dan, my gym chain (GLL/better) are forcing all instructors to use this dreadful app to save, I understand, a reported £1m a year on paying music royalties. Original music powers you through challenging routines, and Instructors’ choice of original music connects class participants to the communities they serve and directly contribute to GLL membership retention and engagement. The lack of diversity of music choice on this app, reengineered to a standard beat, will directly and negatively impact upon class enjoyment and range and depth of choreographic intent. Those objecting are being told to leave GLL, or to give original tracks to GLL who will upload it to this app to be AI engineered to avoid royalties payments.

What a mess!!
What a mess!!My gym are making us use this in the future so I thought I would be open minded and have a proper play with and oh dear!!The genres are all over the place, with Billie Eilish, Halsey and George Ezra in the Rock section to name a few. Then weird censoring on none rude words on radio edit versions but they don’t edit on the dance versions check out Sabrina Carpenter- Taste as an example. A really clunky interface where if you want open your playlist you have load it into the player to actually use it. When building playlists you can’t listen to the whole song so you don't really know how it really sounds. Some of the song choices leave you scratching your head as no one would ever use it in a class as they sound so bad but then it’s missing some classic songs. Then you think ok I’ll use a pre-made playlist but then some have the built in interval vocals without any warning so you can’t even use them with having to make sure it’s not on them. Then when I messaged support about an account query I got an answer but they gave it to me in the shortest amount of words and pleasantries possible. It’s actually at the point where if my gym do force this car crash of an app on me I will leave.

I bought 3 tracks
I bought 3 tracks, it cost me $167.85 then I went to use the products. When you click the product it just takes you to the top of the page. I thought, ok I will call them and resolve it. Every single posted number is disconnected, so I thought OK I will talk to them through the bot app in the corner and it just hung up on me. So I sent them an email and 3 days later I have no reply and my products still do not work. Now I am stuck waiting for PayPal to ask them whether they can sort it out, it might be months before I get a refund for this.

Worst decision ever
Tonight I found out you changed your pricing policy WITHOUT INFORMING ANYONE. You now pay £15 each time you use the mixer. That means you cannot change a single track in your mix without paying the full fee. Utterly ridiculous. I always tweak my mixes before I get to the final one. In theory it can now cost me £60 for my final mix. Are you for real?!?!?!I used to love the service but will now have to look for an alternative supplier.
