The gift completely different from the picture the had. But they contacted me after my review took accountability and made sure I got compensation. I will order again delivery time and date was good
I placed a Valentine’s order with pkgiftshop.com, expecting it to be delivered on time for a special occasion. Unfortunately, not only was the order not delivered on time, but the flowers were never sent at all. This wasn’t just a minor delay — it completely ruined the purpose of the order. Valentine’s Day is time-sensitive, and there is no excuse for failing to deliver without any proper notice. What made the situation worse was the lack of accountability. There was no meaningful communication, no compensation offered, and no refund provided. When a company fails to deliver what was paid for — especially for an important date — the least they can do is take responsibility and make it right. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from them, especially for important occasions. Reliability and customer service matter, and unfortunately, this company did not deliver on either.

I like the choice of gift items on your website Excellent collectionwith different price ranges but i was dissappointing when they said we have this item can we change from the alternative and they send me pic but i wasmt fully satisfied so i ask you to show me other alternatives but no response . And next day rhey delivered it al.ost 1 hour late from the time slite which i choosen . I was constantly chasing them . They didnt able to deliver the ssme cake which i choose . I mean they should start as soon as order placed instead of start buying things just before delivering I choose cake from different bakery snd they were texting me a list of cakes from another bakery . So yes i dont think ill choose it again in the future

Very disappointed with this bakery. I ordered an expensive customised cake for a Haqeeqa celebration. I chose a design from their pictures and only asked to change the colour from pink to blue since it was for a baby boy. Although they made the cake blue, the toppings and even the baby figure on top were still pink, which looked completely wrong. The finishing was also poor and nothing like what they showed in the picture. Totally dissatisfied and not worth the money. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The worst cake experience I paid 10,200 fr a cake they was supposed to be custom, premium and unforgettable. Well, it was unforgettable __ fr all the wrong reasons. Nothing was as promised. Every detail I asked fr was ignored. It’s like they didn’t even read the brief. No creativity, no care, no professionalism. For this price, I expected luxury. What I got was a sad, sloppy mess. This cake was supposed to be the centerpiece of a celeb… . Instead, it became a joke — not a funny one. If u value ur money, ur event and ur sanity, stay far away. This was a disgrace.
