My experience with photo2painting was excellent. I struggled locally to find an artist to do a watercolor of my neighbors home which had recently sold. I wanted to give the gift of a watercolor of their home as a going away present. I was thrilled to find photo 2 painting, and even more so, when I saw the finished product. They did a great job!
Turned out great process was also extremely quick
This was our second time using this service. The quality is. Unbelievable! They do an amazing job. We would be happy to use them again. The. Process is easy to follow.

From start to finish, my experience with Photo2Painting was outstanding. The customer support was excellent, the ordering process was smooth and easy, and the quality of the painting exceeded my expectations. I’m truly delighted with the entire experience!
If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. I ordered a painting in mid-May as a Father's Day gift, and after much back-and-forth with the artist, I approved a painting of a photograph I'd sent them. (There was much back-and-forth because the artist refused to correct the items I requested, but finally he/she relented and appeared to make the corrections.) At last, the painting was sent and received the day before Father's Day. Unfortunately, when opened, it was the initial version of the painting which I'd already rejected. When I sent an email to Photo2painting requesting corrections, they said I would have to pay for another painting. This seems like such an obvious scam to get people to pay for two paintings because the artist either willfully or ignorantly messed up the order. I will never order anything from this company again and recommend that others do their homework before you fall for the same scam I did.
Photo was very good, drawing i mean. Only problem was long shipping time.That could be improved on.
The painting was excellent, shipping took too long. But we love the actual painting.
I commissioned a painting of my parents on their 50th wedding anniversary. I couldn't be happier with the result!
The painting is consistent with the image sent to me, but the frame arrived broken. However, Photo2Painting immediately refunded me the cost of the frame so I could purchase a new one locally in time for Christmas.
Item arrived was not pulled on canvas from plus was charged for it! Will not use service again

The entire procedure was smooth, and the delivery arrived swiftly and in good condition. I strongly recommend photo2painting and Richard.
I had some difficulty accessing the website. I wished the persons assisting me had spent more time explaining the procedure to me and been a little more pleasant. They were, however, quite good!
The artwork turned out great, and it looks just like the original photo I put in. The pricing was quite reasonable. The entire procedure was quite fulfilling.

The idea of having a photograph converted into a painting piqued my interest. I was kept updated and helped through the processes at all times. As this was done as a birthday surprise, I was concerned about the end outcome and whether or not the recipient would be delighted. Her tears as she gazed at the picture were priceless! She hasn't stopped staring at it or discussing it. I was astounded by the painting! It's stunning! So true to life! Beautifully crafted! Definitely use this company. Long story short, i had a photo of my husband's grandfather holding him and his twin on his shoulders when he they were babies. I wanted to recreate this photo of his grandfather holding my twins. His grandfather passed away 1 year ago, and I just had to do it. I used another company, they had higher draft fees etc. They did well but didn't capture my kids well enough. They didn't look like them after 3 different draftsI found photo2painting.com, and decided to try them after seeing that their draft cost would be much much less, so I figured I would just try. I had a similar issue at the draft time, my kids just didn't look like them. I was in close email communication with George who really listened to my concerns, was quite patient, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They edited my draft 3 times and even used more photos to really tweak the details.The end result was phenomenal. I had butterflies in my stomach and cried when I saw it When I presented it to my husband who isn't a cryer. He cried. He has been thanking me for the painting every day since we received it. His exact words were " this is the best gift a person could ever receive."Order with them, and if you have any issues or concerns, just talk to them.
