Horrible customer service (and rude)
Horrible customer service (and rude). They claim 1 week delivery and then they tell you that they won't ship until a week after placing the order. I made the payment over a week ago, I had no receive any confirmation or tracking yet. No answer to my emails or anything. Avoid this website at all cost. Its not worth it.

Absolutely wretched site ~ if I could rate less than 1 star, I would. I have used them with varying degrees of success, ranging from mediocre to absolutely rubbish.There is NO customer service. If you need to alter anything (like the address) you will not be able to get through to anyone. I went my money on the 6th March, assuming that my product would be sent before their holiday which they advertised as the 23rd March. Today I checked the website and it says they now won't be shipping anything until the 15th April. Assuming I ever get the product, I won't get it until May. If I had known that then I wouldn't have ever placed the order.These people are total scumbuckets. Do NOT waste your money.**UPDATE ~ 01/04/2023 my order finally reached Edinburgh but because it took so long I've now moved and had to deal with getting the red card for Royal Mail so I could collect it. I hope to do so tomorrow. If these people had ANY customer service they could have changed the delivery address before sending the product. I reaffirm what I said earlier: avoid this company, as it is very hit or miss whether your order will arrive and if/when it does it will take a month. I will never order from this company again and thank goodness this chapter is now closed.

Good experience overall. The payment process was straight forward, shipping update was communicated a week or so later and no issue with customs

don't buy it
don't buy it, you'll lose your money, i live in london and i transferred to a bank in spain 87 pounds to pay 100 euros, they didn't send the product saying the bank discounted 20 euros so they said i had to send more 20 euros, so I gave up because I found out that in England the same product costs half the price, they don't have a telephone and also don't have an address.

To be honest a good experience
To be honest I had a quite good experience with them. Order was placed, paid by bank transfer and the order was shipped. All within 2 days and arrived by mail within a week.

Please avoid pharmaonline.tv. I placed an order with this company and were going to pay by bank transfer. Now my bank requires the address of the company. I could not find the company address on there website, so sent them a message asking for the details. I heard nothing back, no reply nothing in any emails. Shortly after, they shut the website down and said no orders would be sent, processed. This were due to lockdown and covid-19 but they still didn't respond to my messages. The website were saying they should be back up but nothing for months. I were not able to pay for my order, as they never responded and then closed down. About 2 weeks ago they said they were now shipping again. On login my original order, has some message about me not making any payment. I could still not pay them as they didn't bother to respond. So pharmaonline.tv said on order note, they would cancel order. I emailed them to do just that and were annoyed they didn't even respond to my previous emails and still no address of there company, so I could pay.Log in today, with order saying cancelled but this bigoted company, shows the words next to anything I could buy, “you don’t have permission to view the prices” like they banned me from viewing them. So on log out, the prices would show up. Really nasty of a poor company like pharmonline.tv, who fail to give you correct payment details and even respond to your emails. So after the disgusting treatment, I told them to delete and close my account. Avoid this horrible company and they can’t even respond to your messages or emails, then shadow ban you, from viewing there prices. So Sad!
