I received all frogs, fish and plants in a timely matter. Everything was alive except for 1 snail; which I thought was pretty good. The only issue is I did not receive the black worms. I have emailed this company with no reply. They lost a star since I lost a product AND money.

I emailed, texted, and called several times and could get ahold of anyone. The shipping schedule was absolutely helpful but when my order didn’t come for over a week without any correspondence I started to think how long it actually would take. I bought 1 fish and 2 plants. They had a huge selection but I would put a little time into customer service. Other than that so far so good.

Why on earth would they knowingly ship usps from CA to CO? They ship dead fish. It was not apparent that I needed to see find then chose overnight. Otherwise I am at fault. Any professional with integrity knows better. I would have paid over night twice over but I have a feeling that with all the dead on arrival fish this is their scam

They have not.Addition 1/8/2026 The reply from the company here is somewhat frustrating, since I called, emailed, and have been messaging repeatedly with them on Messenger, including giving my order number, which I was GIVEN when I called to ask why I never received my order.Interactions with customers should be logged as part of Customer Service Best Practices. To get this message, today, makes it clear there is a need for greater communication and proper systems to prevent such service issues.Still no word on my order from NOVEMBER

I ordered two Tiger Oscar’s. I paid for next day shipping. They both arrived dead. Both bags had very cold water and the fish looked very bad. I tried contacting Pet Zone through email and was told to call them. I have called several times and received a recording that’s useless. Needless to say I don’t recommend Pet Zone!
