I want to know how you could charge £11.99 for a small cat litter shake that makes the cat litter smel better when not even a five mins drive down the road B&M sells the exact same thing for £1 I couldn't believe when I walked out and looked at the receipt ofcourse I immediately went back to refund thats the price of a huge carton of cat food for one small scented shaker 😩

Ordered a glass top from PetsWarehouse and it fit perfectly—exactly what I needed. The quality was great, and their customer service was friendly and helpful with getting the right one for my tank. It was shipped in a heavy-duty box with really great packaging, which I appreciated since it’s glass! I’d definitely order from them again!

I ordered three large Kong balls in red and blue as they were shown in a size large and I received three packages of medium balls. They should’ve told me that they did not have the large ones and not assume I wanted the medium ones because the person I ordered this for has a very large dog and would not want the medium ones so I need to send them back but I can’t get a hold of anybody. I don’t think I should have to pay for the return because they sent the wrong thing that I didn’t order.

Buy large tanks with confidence
Buy large tanks with confidence. I was recently in the market for a 180g glass aquarium and had zero luck sourcing one locally. For a reasonable price Pets Warehouse was able to ship the tank via freight to my home and for a little extra I was able to get it delivered inside my home. They palletized the tank with great care and it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery was all done via Fedex freight. It was such a relief not to have to leave the tank in my garage while I arranged local movers to finish installing it. One stop shopping at its best. Truly a professional experience from start to finish. John answered all of my questions quite responsively throughout the process. Couldn't be happier.

Ordered a fish tank cover over two months ago for $109. I was told it would be here in 3 to 7 business days but so far it never came and I never even received the email informing me of a delay. This company is horrible, but nothing will be done until us consumers take legal action. We must stop companies like this from taking our money and not delivering on their promises. I am preparing to create a website to stop people like this from taking advantage of hard-working Americans. I will post another Review soon with information on how you can join this pursuit.

On the two ocassions thst I’ve had to go to your store employees were not knowledgeable about what you carry are not interested in helping and give minimal assistance. You need to employ people that know about pets in general . I asked about a shampoo for dandruff. “ I really don’t think we carry anything for that” as I looked myself I found quite a few shampoos for skin. The reason I asked for help was because I have trouble reading the small print. I asked about a crate and they looked at me like I had two heads. Can you please hire more competent people. I mean I love that we have a pet warehouse it’s convenient but the service at this particular store is sub standard

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They took an order for a door for a reptile cage. The wrong door was sent. I got a refund, however, the replacement door was never sent. I asked for a refund and they REFUSED to give one. The said they would give me credit. THEY ARE THIEVES! Reporting them to the BBB. Don't waste your time! They don't even answer their phone!

Pet Warehouse Doesn't Care About Their Customers
I have been shopping at the Pet Warehouse on Glen Cove for a number of years and without telling their customers they have decided not to give credit or refund on live fish if they died the same or next day after purchase. I just purchased 6 fish this past Saturday. By Sunday morning one fish had already died. I had to work Saturday & Sunday. I called This morning and was curtly told that If I read my receipt it says no guarantees on fish! I was not made aware at the counter that their return/exchange policy was changed. As much money as we the customer spend in this store we should get better service! This is ridiculous! I will tell everyone I know not to shop here and go to Tropical Showcase instead! They have no problem with exchanges & returns! And I will continuously post about their unfair practice!

TLDR: pw.com advertised an item, sent me a different item in its place without telling me, claimed that the item advertised on their website wasn't actually available in the first place, and then refused to comp me for my wasted time and effort. I went scouring the internet looking for a chew ring that my dog already has, but in a different color. The one he has is dark brown and blends into my dark carpet, making it a tripping hazard. PetsWarehouse was the only site I could find that had the ring in a very light beige color, which would have been perfect, so I ordered two. However, what arrived was two chew rings in the same dark brown color I already have. I contacted the company to ask why they sent a product different from the one I ordered (per their request, I also sent them pictures showing that the product number advertised on their site and the product number on my invoice matched) and they told me that the chew ring was only available in the dark brown color. I explained why I needed a different color and asked for a refund without having to send back the items (after all, they mislead me, sent me something I didn't order, and claimed that the beige color was *never* available-- so why would I waste more time sending the items back? To me, allowing me to keep the items seemed like a reasonable thing to ask after having just been duped with false advertising). However, the "customer satisfaction" rep that messaged me back told me that I would need to send back the items and, condescendingly, that they would need to be "inspected for condition" before I'd be given back the money that was wrongfully taken from me in the first place. Then, to top it all off, the person patronizingly tried to throw it in my face that I shouldn't want to keep them because I didn't want the brown color-- YES, EXACTLY. How convenient that it suddenly became important to petswarehouse.com that I should have the item I thought I was getting in the first place just as I'm calling them out for trying to pull a switcheroo on me.The rep made some kind of anemic offer to "waive the shipping," but left it absolutely unclear as to whether they meant they'd refund the shipping I'd already paid to have them ship me an item I never ordered, or that they'd waive the shipping for sending the dishonestly sold item back to them-- how generous, right? In either case, I've decided that continuing to engage with this fly-by-night operation is no longer worth my time, and I would advise that anyone reading this review make the same determination.

I would never recommend buying a puppy…
I would never recommend buying a puppy from here. All of their dogs are from puppy mills and have health issues. They sold me a dog with pneumonia and told me he was fine. I had $3000 in veterinary bills by the end of his treatment. They did not care about his health or how he was doing through out the process. They tried to fight and not pay for the dog but ended up paying the bills in the end. This is not a store who cares about making puppies happy, they just was to make money. I can not say this enough, never buy a puppy from here.
