Elaine and Martin are the best, they went above and beyond getting our two dogs to us from South Carolina to Scotland, battling to get them on the last flight out before embargoes started for pets with the bad weather. Then drove them from London to The Cairngorms. I can't recommend PRI highly enough. If your pets safety and well being are your priority then PRI is for you.
Great experience. We chose PRI because of the personalized guidance that we received in our screening call, and the willingness to make it work that we perceived. We were right! Elaine helped demolish wall after wall and got our pets safely to London. Would definitely hire them again.
Absolutely phenomenal! I had a complex move from Amman to Shanghai as China has a one pet per passport policy and I was relocating alone with two cats. Elaine had the expertise and network to help me circumnavigate this and was just fantastic. I cannot recommend PRI highly enough. They were knowledgeable, understanding and brilliant with keeping in touch. PRI made my move so much more easy as I felt relaxed and in safe hands.
Elaine helped me secure a St. Maarten permit for my boss's dog. Seeing that the dog was a puppy, she needed additional shots and treatments, which Elaine completely managed/scheduled. St. Maarten was quite complicated, and I couldn't have done it on my own. Having a team who knows all the ins and outs of pet travel to support you is invaluable! Don't think twice about using this service for your vacation with your pet -- just do it!! (also - i found it extremely affordable for the amount of work they put in)
Relocating a beloved pet across the world is no small feat, and Martin from Pet Relocation International made what felt impossible not only possible, but seamless. Our French Bulldog, Finster, a brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breed was relocated from Miami, Florida to Bangkok, Thailand during a time when multiple airlines had embargoes against transporting such breeds. That made this move extremely difficult, and we were told by many it simply couldn’t be done. For weeks we worried if we were making the right decision, but Martin’s expertise, professionalism, and genuine care quickly put our fears to rest. His guidance gave us the confidence we needed during a very stressful time. Thanks to his dedication, Finster arrived safely, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended for anyone facing the daunting task of international pet relocation, with a Frenchie.
Great experience of moving our dog. It's not the first time I have shipped a dog transatlantically so I have quite a bit to compare this to. I have to say Elain and the team were incredible. We had an initial wobble when they sent me the quote and then I couldn't get hold of them again which I think was just due to crazy busyness. However, after that they were really attentive and on top of things throughout. She went out of her way to communicate everything with me and partners such as the vet, our situation was a bit strange as the dog wasn't actually with us but with a family friend and she handled it all really well, making sure everyone was in the loop and that things went smoothly. Honestly could not have been better.

They handled my dog’s move from Miami to Valencia with complete professionalism — guiding me through every step, communicating constantly, and taking full ownership of the process from start to finish. Martin was exceptional throughout, explaining everything clearly and ensuring I felt supported at every stage. Their care, clarity, and attention to detail made an otherwise stressful experience seamless and worry-free. Highly recommended!
Elaine was great she handled everything, and answered any concerns I had, I was very nervous at first, but she relieved my stress, and then the people who work with Elaine for pickups, boarding of the fur babies was great, my two dogs took to him right off. They brought them to me after they landed. Everything was great. They are very reasonable with pricing. If you’re looking for good and a good price. Elaine is who you want. I would highly recommend this company for service.

Elaine was fantastic. She handled everything for us from start to finish. She always did it efficiently and without losing her patience with me while I pestered her with my questions! She followed up as needed. Made sure everything was correct and if it wasn't she was able to get it sorted quickly and correctly. She Explained things completely and carefully. Was usually easy to reach and in the few instances where there was a slight and I want to emphasize slight time lag she apologized profusely even when apologies weren't necessary. Everyone I know who had moved with a pet said it was the hardest part of the journey. Well they clearly didn't use Pet Relocation International. I wish I could rate her more than five stars.
This is the second time I've used this company. I can't recommend them enough! You can tell Elaine cares deeply for your animals and understands the parents stress as well.I have 8 dogs and a cat and moving with them is so stressful. But Elaine made it so easy for me. I moved everyone from Costa Rica to Canada and am now returning to Costa Rica. Hopefully I don't move again for a long time, but if I do, I would ONLY use PRI. Elaine fixed every issue that came up super fast. I opted for full service, meaning animals picked up from my home and driven to the new location. And her quote was extremely transparent and also reasonable. I used a different company the first time I travelled, and the experience was night and day. All my animals arrived well taken care of with Elaine. Their experience seemed to have very little trauma which is so important to pet parents! Honestly, I don't believe anyone else could do what she does.
Our experience with this company was not positive. Although we had stated our desire to work with them, we never got an official contract or quote for the service that we were asking for (which was help with pet relocation paperwork). Despite our attempts to communicate the ongoing issues, we were never formally seen as "clients", so our attempts to communicate were futile and seen as unimportant. We had always intended to work with this company, but I just thought that they might've sent an invoice after the completion of services, since nothing was ever mentioned, however, I guess that was not the case. We had many issues with communication, and therefore have decided not to proceed. My recommendation is that you ask all the necessary questions about pet relocation before you get involved, as it is a lengthy process and might not get you the results you desire, as it was in our case.
Elaine was our guardian angel getting our dog, Dasher, from the USA to New Zealand. NZ is not for the faint of heart to relocate pets to, it has some of the strictest requirements in the world and needs many months of prepping and planning in advance. I called Elaine 5.5 months before we were moving, it took that and an additional month after we moved to get our Dasher down here. Throughout it all, many setbacks happened, and Elaine handled all of them quickly and expertly. She had empathy and genuine concern over our dog and the many hurdles it took to get him on the plane.It was a very emotionally stressful experience, but Elaine made it so that we weren’t doing it all on our own (I firmly believe he wouldn’t be here if we had tried to do it on our own). Don’t undertake relocating your precious pet without expert guidance, hire PRI and Elaine to ensure everything goes right. If you’re willing, and able, to invest in your pet to move them, then invest in Elaine to get it done. Thank you Elaine, and everyone else at PRI who had a hand in getting Dasher down here to us, for being there every step of the way and handling all of the stressful incidents that came up throughout Dasher’s move. We are so grateful!
We relocated our dog from Canada to New Zealand. It is a highly burdensome process. At some point, we felt hopeless, as our dog is a Shih Tzu, and airlines didn’t want to carry a snub-nosed dog. Elaine from PRI, from all the several companies we contacted, was the one who always told us the reality of what was coming and showed a complete understanding of all the requirements.She fought every step to make it possible for us to reunite with our dog. She kept me trying even when I was about to give up. She told me she would bring Donna to us, and she did it. She researched all the possibilities, gave all the information I needed, worked with my vet and me, and was patient and willing to keep trying whenever everything went wrong. By the end, she found the perfect path to bring our dog home, and we finally have her here safe and sound! We don’t have enough words to say how thankful we are to Elaine and PRI.
If you need good, loving and sincere care for your dog, be it training, day care or boarding for multiple days, don’t look further than Camp Bow Wow! All the staff is outstanding and very trusted. Probably the best value for money in the area…Beside the regular day visits and a few short term boardings during the Sep-24 till April-25, our dog stayed with the Camp for the past 4 months till Sep-25 due to my family relocation to international location in Far East and our dog just joined us recently in the new destination when we were ready to receive him - the amount of care staff has shown to our dog, frequent updates on his well being, a few vet visits when it was needed, our dog attendance of the Camp staff meeting (:-),?) the staff photo with our dog when he was leaving the Camp, and very touchy - St Anthony medal attached to his travel cage to be with him during the very long trip to Far east. This all goes way beyond the regular boarding care! He came super clean and healthy to us for a huge reunion - thank you sooo much the ‘Camp Bow Wow staff’!!!❤️
Expert concierge-level service from start to finish.Elaine contacted us the morning after we sent our request and had us on a virtual meeting that afternoon. From providing info about the various methods of travel to managing the USDA Health Certificate processes, PRI was on top of all the things we didn't even know we needed. There were some minor communication/connection issues going between comms platforms, but Elaine was quick to correct these and when timely communication was needed, she was always there.Our pets were cared for from door-to-door and PRI followed them continuously, providing near-real-time status updates on their progress. For the price of about a business class ticket, our pets got white glove service. PRI made the process almost stress-free and handled any issues before we even knew there was one. We can't say enough good things and highly recommend PRI for any pet relocation needs.
The main thing that made the experience great was Elaine herself. She has such a wonderfully careing disposition. You can really tell she's passionate about what she does and it shows with every interaction.I recently required her assistance with moving my my 80lb rottweiler Zelda to Sweden from the U.S. and she walked me through every step and managed every obstacle. She is very well versed when it comes to the ins and puts ofngetting your pet to where they need to go safely and the connections to make it possible. There's literally nothing that happened on my trip that she didn't have a backup plan for.I don't plan on bringing my Zelda on any other flights but if I ever have to do so I would 10/10 utilize Elaine's services at PRI.

Could not be happier with the service that PRI, especially Elaine provided us. As an anxious pet parent shipping 3 pets cargo to London, Elaine had everything under control. She guided us through the process and had the best people waiting at drop off and pick up. The pets were well cared for and arrived happy and healthy.
This did not seem like a business relationship. This was like a best friend who was available day and night in different time zones to help me, like my PA. I had looked at some documentation to move the three pets from the US to the UK, and the documents conflicted on how to do it, the order and timing and what to do first. We had our family vet who has done this before, but even they were not certain of the process and expected over 30 days to complete before getting the travel certificate / Pet passport before the flight. I looked for multiple companies to complete the process, and Elaine from PRI really stood out. We had an initial call where she could explain the process, understand the pitfalls, and not only process the movement but also take over, working directly with the vet and teaching them. The vet even said how wonderful and helpful she was in explaining how to fill in the forms for the certificates, and Elaine continued driving every step of the process, shortening the timelines.Everyone we worked with, from dropping off the pets to collecting them at the destination airport, cleaning them, and delivering them to our destination, was wonderful and helpful.We were rushing to move, and our expectations were over 30 days; Elaine did it all in a couple of weeks.Not only was this the best process I have experienced, but it also allowed me to focus on moving my house and people at an excellent price for more than a professional execution.It almost makes me look forward to moving again, if I do, I know who I am calling.
