All my customer service interactions…
All my customer service interactions went well. The mattress was delivered in the time frame estimated. I had a sleep number bed prior but had to leave it behind in an out of state move. Personal Comfort is as comfortable as the sleep number and maybe even more comfortable.

More affordable, extremely comfortable bed
Very comfortable bed at a much more affordable price than Sleep Number. I opted for the power base 3, and we love the ZG setting for watching TV! Best bed I've owned!

The videos you see on the company website speak the truth
My son and I (I’m 78 yrs old) installed the king size mattress and installation was a breeze. The company videos were a big help and well done. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the pin that goes in the air motor didn’t click in like I thought it should but it still aired up just fine. My son has a sleep number bed and he thinks my mattress is better than his. I’m very happy with my mattress purchase.

Better Then Sleep Number / In My Opinion.
It’s hard to name one thing that made for a good experience. The rep on the phone was great. He listened and guided me through and confirmed m6 issue was a mattress. Then he acted quickly and discounted my replacement as per my warranty. The new mattress is lighter and feels better than the older model. I’m very satisfied and am considering a new bed purchase from Personal Comfort again..!

Perfect solution and great value.
We purchased A8 split king mattresses. Wife prefers firm while I prefer a softer mattress. Split king was the perfect solution. Working with their Customer Service was easy and actually enjoyable. We received an unexpected discount. Only issue is we like our bedroom on the colder side. Mattress tends to pull body heat so a heated mattress pad needed now for temperature control. Expect summer weather will remedy this issue. Overall very satisfied.

The products are presented with clear info on materials and support levels, and it’s easy to compare options without feeling overwhelmed. A minor downside is that not all items had plenty of reviews, but overall it gave me confidence that the beds and mattresses are worth considering.

Great bed and better service!
The sales and customer service teams were both excellent with communication and allowed me my preferred forms of communication. I had a lot of questions and had to change my order a few times prior to shipping. The bed is great and feels better built than our sleep number we had for 10 years. We have the rejuvenate.

Felt like I was sleeping on a balloon
Felt like I was sleeping on a balloon, would roll off to one side or another. Had to balance myself, and the next setting for pressure down felt like no air at all, sunken in a foam box.

We purchased our queen mattress (A10)…
We purchased our queen mattress (A10) about 8 years ago. My chamber/side started not holding air. I contacted Personal Comfort's customer support. I was extremely impressed with how quickly and helpful their response was. We went through a couple of troubleshooting steps and confirmed it was the air chamber and not the compressor or hoses. Within two weeks I had a new mattress chamber. I did have to pay my part of the what remained after the limited warranty (50% - amounted to $150). However, the replacement has been great, and unlike the original, there is no smell on the new one.

Adjustable base and mattress purchase
I have been very pleased with my Personal Comfort bed purchase. It was easy to set up and arrived timely. I have been using it over a month now and I have no regrets. It is very comfortable and I wake up feeling like I’ve had a great night’s sleep. Customer service is top notch. The seam was coming undone on the mattress and they were very responsive and quickly sent a replacement. I am very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend.

Personal Comfort Shipping and Communication Sucks!
I purchased a split calking with adjustable frames. After repeated contacts to PC about delivery, the bed show up weeks after order with no notice. I received a notice email about delivery almost a week later. The frame did not come with the mattress. Contacted PC about frame and they could not provide info yet. Escalated and they contacted freight company and provided tracking, but the number was not in the system. Again frames showed up with no warning. I was not home to receive them. Freight wants extra money to provide a delivery window or I need to wait for the day, it get's here when it get's here. No idea what the bed is like, but shipping is a disaster!

I bought a bed paid 5000 dollars they said I have to prove I bought it sleep number was a lot better warranty their website would not let me contact them but after my review they contacted me and are going to make it right was evidently a misunderstanding thanks personal comfort

Customer service prior to receiving was…
Customer service prior to receiving was great and shipping time was as expected. My only negative has more to do with the mattress base and the programmable settings. It would be nice if the base used a number system like the mattress does for firmness. Its hard to make changes to the head and foot adjustments when you dont know what you are comparing to. Also we have had trouble with both the app and the remote when it comes to saving the preset settings.
