Incomplete Kit, Incomplete Support
I’m extremely disappointed with both the product support and the overall experience. The shed arrived without instructions, and it took two full days for them to email them to me after I reached out. Even once received, the instructions are very difficult to follow and poorly written, making assembly much harder than it should be.To make matters worse, the shipment was missing a 240-count bag of screws, which is essential for assembly. Instead, the box included a bag of screws that aren’t even used for this shed. I contacted customer service, verified my order number, and was told the missing screws would be sent out ASAP. After that, I was ghosted for four days.When they finally responded, they asked if I wanted a $20 refund to buy the screws locally, despite the fact that replacing them would cost close to $100. Meanwhile, my shed has been sitting unfinished in my backyard. Only after pushing again was I told replacement screws would ship — with an estimated 2–3 week delivery time, meaning the shed will remain incomplete for a long time.Overall, I’m very unhappy with the lack of quality control, the confusing instructions, and especially the poor customer service and communication. This has turned what should have been a straightforward project into an ongoing headache.

I purchased an 8 x 6 resin shed at Lowe’s from patioWell there was one bracket Missing from the order, I contacted customer service after three days of back-and-forth with me taking pictures to prove that I bought their product They stopped answering me I called customer service, which goes right to voicemail. I left a message They never called me back disgraceful Way to treat your customers, so my shed is sitting uncompleted because of a three dollar missing piece of metal that they refuse to give me

I purchased the 8 x 12 resin kick outdoor shed. It was missing 2 pieces and I called Patiowell, they sent me the pieces within 3 days and I am currently putting it together. They followed up via email to check on the parts to make sure we got what we needed. Great customer service and the product is amazing!! Pictures to come when she is done!

We placed an order for an 8x12 shed. The company responded to my request immediately and helped with the purchase. We have received part of the order in just a couple days of ordering and have the tracking information for the remaining items that should be delivered soon. 5 stars for the response time and the professionalism they have shown to me thus far. I ordered the 9ft automatic umbrella with remote control.Umbrella was received very promptly, and well packaged.The automatic opening and closing of the umbrella, both by pressing the button situated on the umbrella pole power unit and by using the remote control unit, work flawlessly.

I would never buy from this company…
I would never buy from this company again, what a joke. So we get unit, open it up, the instructions are not relative for what the unit is. whoever wrote the instructions never put together my unit. Asked to put things in places that were not in the boxes to begin withUnit twists in the hard wind Was missing parts that took 2 months to get back- even when calling company they told me they are just the people who sell the product, they can't help me with customer service issues. ...... what?!!? So I had to contact an email, that took 2 weeks to get communicated I was missing a panel. Unit quality is subpar, no better then a general unit you can find at a department store.flimsy at best all n all - better to buy from homedepot, for same cost, but better support.

Patiowell Resin shed 8x6 Missing all hardware from Box 1
I order the Patiowell resin 8x6 shed from Home depot. First 3 boxes came quick, the last box, box 1 came a few days later. I finally decided to put the shed together and noticed all the hardware was missing in box 1. I emailed their support to get the missing parts. They tell me they can't do that, and will send me a whole new box. That was 2 weeks ago.Their latest comment was - Sorry to have kept you waiting. Because it was a holiday a few days ago, we did not check and process the message in time.We will send you a replacement box as soon as possible, please wait for me.I have asked them multiple times when will the box be coming and what do you want me to do with the old one. That was yesterday, still waiting for a response.

We recently ordered two Patiowell Fit-it Plastic Storage Sheds for the side of our house. Due to shipping, some of the pieces had damage, but Patiowell's customer service had new pieces sent to us right away without hesitation. Both sheds were easy to put together and look great!
